  • Pros

  • Very easy to use software for facilitating matchmaking. Good support, and very compatitable with other platforms.
  • The mass communication to the participants is incredibly powerful, you can easily target certain participants ( for example send an email to the participants that attend certain sessions).
  • Cons

  • The management of the pending meetings is difficult because a lot of companies forget to accept or decline the pending meetings.
  • No option to filter for unread messages, no option to export meetings, no calendar sync to have it set up with your day2day routines.

  • Customization that is offered for us and the ability to track our numbers.
  • I really appreciate the ability to customize the tool's user interface and features to meet our business needs.

  • I suspect the EE team will work this out at some point.
  • No custom-field reports, must be requested through customer service. Time for auto sign out really short.
