Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and easy to train new employees on. Love customer care agent , he makes having tech issues a non issue. Fast and very nice !!!

  • Staff and support is superb and top notch! Easy to talk to and will have an answer for you very quickly

  • Cons

  • No cons that they aren't right on top of when brought up. Like any software, they have some bugs from time to time, but those get worked out very quickly and mostly go unnoticed.

  • Still learning but the workflows feel a little clunky for me.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, reasonably priced and great customer support.

  • Super user friendly, easy to set up and use. The phone app worked great and gave me most of the functionality of the desktop version.

  • Cons

  • Price for pro package could be a little cheaper, but I wouldn't call it "over priced".

  • Some of the credits/syncing can be difficult, however, they are constantly working on improvements and updates.
