Great Service
This program is best for companies that aren't that big like Orkin or Terminix. The program is well suited for newer companies looking to run from one to 15 employees and the routing options and software for using your phone in the field makes leaving a paper service slip a thing of the past.
CONSGlitchs like all software, but the team will work with you on any problem til they are resolved. No phone interaction between the company and the customer. Email is great, but when you need something resolved, its usually when you are in the field and away from the computer, a phone conversation is always the best way to explain the problems that you are having.

Outstanding product
Outstanding. Even when my online help got sick and was unable to be available for the appointment, the lady that answered the phone was able to step right in on a moments notice. Great cross training.
PROSEverything. So super user friendly. I am not that savvy with software and was able to not only implement it, but feel comfortable with it with only a few hours of online help. Everything is right there, not several clicks away. The mobile version has just about everything I need, especially as an owner operator.
CONSNot much really. If I was forced to put something, maybe make the tech signature needed to end an appointment. If that was an option, that would be great, as it is required on everything in the pest control industry. But that is really just a super minor issue that is really just more of something that would force someone forgetful like myself to check it off. But It has become habit to just do it.
Reason for choosing GorillaDesk
After my poor experience at WorkWave, not being able to realize that work wave was simply not for me, then being forced to pay the balance, the free trial and no contract was pretty big. I do not see me using any other software.
Reasons for switching to GorillaDesk
Even though I had used pest pac at a previous employer, it was very “clicks” and overly complicated. Did not see the cost of it as an issue, until they said I was to pay the entire contract even though I was VERY UNSATISFIED with the product even after ALOT of effect went into trying to make it workout for me. The best offer presented to me was pay the entire balance in one sum and then not have access to the software. That is actually the 100% truth. Left an awesome review for GorillaDesk in the poor review I left for them.

Was told it was easy to learn it's not...
It's not great. I think it's over priced for what I have to use it for. Just need it to print tickets monthly and can't do that without extra charges for more stuff I don't need. It's ridiculous.

GorillaDesk for pest control companies
The few small problems that I’ve had have been corrected quickly. Customer service is definitely a high priority.
PROSI like the the Chemical used and locations are on the work orders and invoices. The saves me from writing separate chemical tickets. I can also see what has been done in the past at each location.
CONSI really haven’t had any bad experiences with GorillaDesk.

Gorilla Desk is great!
Great! When we signed on, we knew that they were a new company and we would have the opportunity to help influence the development of the program features.
PROSIt is very intuitive and easy to use. It has all the features we need for our technicians in one place. They are able to perform all of their daily functions from the app.
CONSAs the Office Manager, I wish it had more reporting functions and we could pick and choose what extra features we wanted, instead of upgrading completely to pro. But I would not sacrifice my techs ease of use and functionality for my reporting.

The functionality for my techs. It is easy to use and has everything a route/sales tech would need in the field in one app! The price point also made it very desireable.
