Some clients like to receive 1 email for multiple properties so manually having to go back and mark as sent is a little time consuming. The billing will keep track of how many days a invoice has been billed I like the auto generated email for billing overdue invoices. Customer service is always willing and able to help. Cons: the only thing I have had trouble with is when a job is marked complete, you are unable to go back and add to the invoicing. We have accidently pushed the complete button and been unable to undo this. I am not that savvy with software and was able to not only implement it, but feel comfortable with it with only a few hours of online help. Everything is right there, not several clicks away. The mobile version has just about everything I need, especially as an owner operator. Cons: Not much really. If I was forced to put something, maybe make the tech signature needed to end an appointment. If that was an option, that would be great, as it is required on everything in the pest control industry. But that is really just a super minor issue that is really just more of something that would force someone forgetful like myself to check it off. But It has become habit to just do it. Reasons for choosing GorillaDesk After my poor experience at WorkWave, not being able to realize that work wave was simply not for me, then being forced to pay the balance, the free trial and no contract was pretty big. I do not see me using any other software. Reasons for switching to GorillaDesk Even though I had used pest pac at a previous employer, it was very “clicks” and overly complicated. Did not see the cost of it as an issue, until they said I was to pay the entire contract even though I was VERY UNSATISFIED with the product even after ALOT of effect went into trying to make it workout for me. The best offer presented to me was pay the entire balance in one sum and then not have access to the software. That is actually the 100% truth. My techs can use their cell phones in the field to navigate to each location in need of service, make notes and complete reports for invoicing all at the touch of the cell app. And if we ever need customer support, Gorilla Desk is great to respond to our needs. Cons: Nothing...Love it all. Gorilla Desk has thought it all through and I can't think of any changes I would make.
