Jobber is a cloud-based field service and landscaping solution designed for small and midsize businesses. The solution offers features like scheduling, invoicing, a client database, quotes and more.

The scheduling module allows users to update jobs in real time, including information on progress and completion. Jobber can set up individual jobs or a recurring contract, assigning multiple employees on a single job. Jobber offers drag-and-drop functionality when moving appointments. Invoices are sent automatically via email and follow-ups are built in. Jobber partners with various electronic payment apps, such as Stripe and Paypal for all its transactions.

Jobber’s customer relationship management (CRM) module tracks contact information, and users can create custom fields, tags, attach files or phones and more. It links multiple properties under an account. All of this is connected back to the billing and work history.

Jobber offers services on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and through an online knowledge base.

Jobber makes my business more manageable

Pros

Jobber is the best software for service-based companies. It does everything I need to manage my business efficiently and my clients love them
Jobber, makes things so easy to configure by naming and keeping track of our business. They have the best support system I have used, they are very kind and helpful.

Cons

the recurring jobs are not so intuitive to configure, Jobber's updates were done too often and we checked in and discovered that the fields had moved elsewhere, which was a bit confusing

Great for getting the job done, not so great for doing it quickly

Pros

Great software for keeping track of customers and invoicing, the mapping route feature can be really helpful, great customer service, sends out professional invoices, links with Quickbooks, allows for customers to pay online (for a % fee)

Cons

This software can be time consuming to use for several reasons - it doesn't save your place when navigating through invoice, customer, or job lists (i.e. scroll through invoices, click on one, then go back and get sent back to the top of the list), doesn't allow for mass archiving/reopening jobs (which for seasonal jobs is necessary) which means a lot of extra clicking and manually reopening each and every job.

The link with Quickbooks can also be difficult - often information will get stuck on one platform or the other, or duplicate information will appear. However, customer service is always very helpful on resolving these types of issues.

Tool to manage your customer quote, invoice and your facility team.

Pros

- You can create quote and create workflow for approval.
- You can create and upload invoice which will be visible to your tenant.
- Able to create and allocate task
- Mobile app for the facility employee/manager to view assigned task.
- A lot of other features which will be helpful for the real estate companies.

Cons

- Tenant login, currently needs to share/send URL to the customers and from there they will be able to manage the quote and invoices.

Why I love Jobber

A+++ Easy to use, a breeze to reschedule and love the invoice and payment program.

Pros

I love this software. It makes running my business a breeze! Thank you for continuing to upgrade it and giving us the most bang for our buck!

Cons

I only wish it had its own payroll back end.

Jobber is great!

A+ mazing

Pros

Functionality, ease of use, very short learning curb and quickly integrated with my business.

Cons

Jobber Payments does not label their transactions with their name, or my business name. So clients see a random charge on their account and do not have a reference where the charge came from. We have had several disputed payments because of this issue. They take some time to resolve.

Build a strong connection between management and workers through Jobber

Pros

* I like the most with Jobber is the help that can obtain from it for like easy scheduling of jobs as well as monitoring

Pros

It is great for the money. I like how they have the app then online for desktop.

Cons

They should make more features for the app. We are a mobile business, HVAC, and are not always near a computer. So we enter calls on the road,and to use the texting feature to update the customer it has to be turned on with a computer.

Amazing Platform, Amazing Service

Pros

ease of use, intuitive, workflow... cannot imagine starting this business without Jobber. Customer service is amazing!!

Cons

We wish there was an easily integrateable section for "prospects" -- potential clients! People, properties, prospects!!! ...then can convert a prospect to a client -- like a quote to a job!

Jobber has made my job so much easier!

Pros

I really appreciate the improvements for collecting payments as well as how easy it is to invoice. It has been awesome for the guys in the field to be able to record what they are doing and I can see it in the office and inform clients as things are happening!

Cons

The notes sections are a little cumbersome. We have 200 regular service stops a week and the notes we leave on one stop aren't easily accessed in the main client section. You can find them if you go to the individual stop but not in the main client section.

We love Jobber!

We love jobber, its a great software and has helped us organize the company tremendously!

Pros

This software is fast, easy to use and organized. The options to separate a quote into multiple jobs has been detrimental to our business.

Cons

Jobber doesnt work well with multiple sales people, you can set defaults but they will be specific to one person. For instance, if you have two estimators and you want the quote to be sent from that specific sales person you will have to go in and change names, company names, etc each time. The default option should have multiple options set to sales persons individually.

A Jobber account allows for just one company's branding, but if you'd like replies for emails to go to different email addresses, you can remove the email address from your settings, which will cause email replies to go to the email address associated with whichever user sent out the email from Jobber. Super Time-Saver!

Jobber has been very helpful in saving us time in the office: it is great at record-keeping organization and scheduling appointments, billing is quick and easy, and it releases updates consistently aiming to better the product. Customer service is responsive and generally helpful. Most features are intuitive, although there can be a learning curve since there is so much that Jobber can do. Overall we have been impressed with the quality of the software and would highly recommend it for any similar businesses.

Pros

Saves time, great scheduling software, and it is immensely helpful to have everything linked together for customers.

Cons

I did have a glitch once when syncing to QuickBooks, but I suspect QB was the problem, rather than Jobber. Even so, Jobber customer support was helpful in resolving the issues that arose.

Jobber is awesome!

I used to have my crew members write their notes and track their time on client sheets. I then had an employee who collected those papers, input hours into a google sheet, and invoiced through Quick-books online, and managed client information through a different CRM. That employee wound up costing 10% of the monthly income! When they quit, I found Jobber and was able to manage so much more on my own, drastically cutting costs. I have better control over all aspects of my business because of Jobber, and I would highly recommend it to other small service businesses.

Pros

The best thing about this software is that it allows a small company to manage most of its administrative and office needs in one place, by one person. It also scales as you get bigger to allow delegation of tasks to other team members.

Cons

With the new payment collection options, Jobber has addressed the biggest complaint I had with the software, specifically how to address partial payments.

Scheduling element, and colour coding cleaners. The link directly to invoicing.

Cons

We need to be able to see a top level view of which cleaners have which clients on each day of the week - not date specific. So who has Monday cleans, etc... would help us hugely. And printer friendly views for cleaners without smart phones! (we still have some)

Pros

Ease of use for my team. I like to schedule reoccurring jobs years in advance. I like the batch invoicing.

Cons

I would like to see text messaging reminders for task to the team. This is when a last minute job or emergency call comes in after the days schedule has been made. If the team member does not look at calendar they will miss the added job. Also would like to be able to text customers a invoice when in the field.

I had one problem with the interface and less 2 months later it was remedied. I never even complained about it, they just fixed it themselves. User friendly, amazing and the best thing that happened to this pest control company since the invention of mice.

Cons

Nice try. Not one thing. And if there was you guys would fix it before I could complain. We use Jobber every single day and we would be lost with out it!

Overall and great program with very few issues.

I wish it could sync with desktop quickbooks. I wish the map followed actual streets, not "as the crow flies".

I love the automatic entries, that happen when I start typing an address. Saves wasting any time!And I love the invoicing system!

Cons

Only adjusts time on the calendar by half hour, would be helpful to adjust automatically by 15 min increments quickly
