My company recently purchase a one-year subscription to form.com. Jim Souza was fantastic.

An effective, intuitive and efficient solution for any and all assessments/questionnaires/etc.

It is very simplistic and easy to navigate around. That is the only positive I can think of for this app.

Doesn't  interface well with word or office suite.

Ease of use for new users. It is very easy for new users to implement this platform in their restaurants.

This is a terrific software platform. I have used it with dozens of schools, helping hundreds of educators and thousands of students.

An application that improves its service by collecting data from its customers. With very good statistical tools we can see the customer is satisfied and make decisions.

This app has also lost complete inspections and all photos with no record that they ever existed.

They are very easy to access (web chat within the program) and are very helpful. The program itself has a large number of features which hurts its ease of use.

The app tends to lag at times however minor updates should address this issue.

Features & Functionality - I think that Form.com, especially with their API, has the best features. Customer Support is outstanding - every person I have worked with at World App is world class.

The price for this product is just the right. Thanks for a great product.

I was not delivered what was promised and then was nickel and dimed to do so. Ultimately had to completely abandon and hire a developer.

The platform works extremely well and has been effective in ensuring we provide outstanding service to our customers. Customer service at Form.com is top notch.

Sometimes fix can be long coming. Note: A problem is not always a fault it can also be an issue at the  user-end.

Provides great form creation infrastructure and increases data collection capability.

Data retention is great (unlimited as far as I'm aware). They also provide API use that I have not tested as of yet (but will be using eventually).

Above and beyond anything, Form.com has an amazing support team.

It's been great and we can change our questionnaires on the fly if a new question arises.

Form.com is an application that is very simple and user friendly. Offline mode features are great during emergency cases.

The app lags during this process and sometimes will close by itself or the picture just acknowledged does not get added and is lost in the ether.

The ability to collect signatures and create PDF output which are of regulatory importance. The ability to integrate with our in-house applications through the API.

By creating a simple elegant interface, with the ease of programming, and the ability to customize reports, it is an ideal package for helping educators understand and use evidence.

The ability to fill forms easily (dropdowns, radio buttons, tick boxes). The ability to have checks and  logic in the forms.

I would highly recommend Form.com to any business or individual that is looking for a good quality data entry program.

The product is limited to the discipline and available time of the fieldworkers to complete and update the status of tasks assigned.

Perfect solutions and superb aftersales service.

It makes the different processes easy and prevents mistakes. Especially the integration of the app for the fieldworkers with the back office improved efficiency.

The sales/support team are amazing. They help with any problem you may have and nothing is to much trouble for them at any time of the day (even with the time differences).

There were  some accounting features missing initially but we have rectified this now.

Tested many other trial of other software found EOT BEST in term of ease of use, setup and especially good on the Customer Portal and expenses entry and many other functionality.

All features are integrated within the software but also over the different user interfaces like the web-interface, the apps and the plugins.

Ease of use and it's interface is simple to use.

The way the scheduler is displayed is really nice, clear to operate.

The integration with other software is limited. A direct connection with the accounting software my client uses is not available ( currently solved with an export/import).

Great Workflow - Lead->Appointment->Quote->Job->Invoice - All linked.

On top of that the price is exceptionally competitive which is fantastic for a small company like ours.
