I've used several methods to track maintenance and fuel efficiency for my personal vehicles, but none have worked quite as well as Simply Fleet! I have the free tier of the app and have used it religiously to track every fillup, vehicle service, and cost for the past two years and 100,000 miles across five different vehicles. It has been especially handy for motorcycle maintenance tracking, since service intervals are so short. The ability to add and track custom service items is a great feature, and something other apps I used didn't let me do. The in-app calculation and graphing of fuel mileage is a great feature as well! The only major problem I've encountered in two years of use is that the mobile app requires a very good cell connection to upload fillups or services, otherwise it will drop the data. I've had a few missed fillups in remote areas where the app didn't upload my data due to poor reception. Overall I heartily recommend Simply Fleet to anyone who wants to track maintenance for a personal or commercial fleet of vehicles (or even just one car!). It's easy to use, reliable, packed with features, and free! For all the great services available in the Simply Fleet application, the price is very reasonable. I like the recommended maintenance schedules and reports for each vehicle. Customer support reached out to me and supplied helpful tutorials. #### Cons I entered the vehicles current mileage and then entered some services that had been done recently. The mileage for these past services gave an error message bc the mileage was less than the original mileage. I was able to edit the original mileage, but the error continued any way. We always were late in servicing our tractors , they would usually go above . Now every time we fill up the hours are enterded too. Has been great to see real time updates from our fleet staff and to see detailed reports on our vehicles. Has helped to manage our vehicle list and maintenance upkeep on some of our older vehicles. #### Cons It would be nice to be able to edit user emails. I have yet to figure out how to do so. Example, entering in a new user and the email was entered in wrong. This discrepancy was not caught until after the user profile was saved. Once saved, we were unable to go back in and edit the user email and had to create a whole new user profile for the same employee. #### Vendor response Hello Elizabeth. One of the benefit the benefit that we have realized is the we able to track all the spare parts that we have replaced on our fleet. We needed something affordable, easy to use, and easy to deploy across a number of employees. This is the first software/platform that has everything we need including a mobile app. Being able to have all documents and information for the vehicles in one place and easily accessible and easily editable takes a huge amount of effort and time off my hands as administrator and can help make our team responsible for it too. #### Cons I wish there was a few more categories for me to add to in the dashboard though (ei. "Title and Registration" "Purchase Documents", etc... ) I can currently add those to the platform but via through "Expenses" category. It would also be awesome if there was a way to integrate a vehicle tracking software to it.
