  • This program is so easy to use. It's simplified program with a robust capabilities.
  • The personalized automatons that come from the action plans are fantastic to keep connected.
  • Cons

  • We face many problems without training. This platform is confusing to learn at first after training it is very easy to use.
  • The inability to change actions plans are difficult, but I understand why.

  • We have some franchisees that are technophobic and getting them to use any iOS product for Nsight has been difficult.
  • Reports are weak; requires Naranaga personnel to do a lot of things that I should be empowered to do.
