The product was easy to use and was priced very competitively through the Canadian Bnb association. It worked seamlessly with my own website.

However the reservation system is very good and provides a booking facility from my own website at an affordable price.

Moon Dance is very pleased with the overall functionality and ease of use. We are also impressed that there seems to be a proven commitment to upgrades, added features and a new mobile app.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. No support what so ever.

It was a little difficult to navigate initially.

Overall, once the transition was done, it has been a pleasure to work with the Eviivo suite. I have found great assistance from the support team members that I have worked with to fix issues.

I am now very satisfied with it and enjoy using it. Whenever I am stumped on how to do something, there is always someone on the help desk that sets me straight.

Advisors always contact you again to ensure you are happy which we appreciate.

Still no follow-up to this complaint. Finally told I was to call London, Engl.

It was a very difficult start. Training was non-existing other than some videos old and outdated with horrible audio.

We love how easy Eviivo is to use and the many upgrades over the years. If I had to pick one thing I like the most besides the team, it is the depndable and easy to use calendar.

Overall, we have enjoyed using Eviivo and have shunned many similar companies looking to entice us away. What Eviivo offers is at least equal to other providers and often more at a similar price.

General pretty good and the help with the webinars through lockdown have been great the ones we have managed to join.

I complained but NO ONE ever replied to my emails. They pretend listening to you, when you phone their.

Sometimes we have issues with the integration to our merchant account, when we enter the same info into Eviivo it fails, but when we enter it into the merchant account directly it works.

Generally easy to use, can be a bit cumbersome trying to fine tune things but good customer support.

Some times it becomes this software makes it difficult to change the price of a room when you book it.

Then, wrong rates were posted for a period, and until a correction could be made, we lost another $450.

Amazing booking engine with larger pictures. Great interface with all the major platforms.

So much so that we are no longer with Expedia. Expedia repeatedly blamed eviivo and eviivo blamed Expedia.

The booking system was so useful for every aspect of running and promoting our business. It was easy to use and any updates were smoothly integrated.

What i like most is the outstanding customer service and the chat help where nothing is too much trouble. The automated emails are ace too.

The team works together to resolve our issues. Their accessibility helps resolve issues quickly.

It is wonderful to only deal with one provider in order to have a presence on every website that matters in the hospitality business.

Our properties are actively losing revenue every day this continues.

Used to be difficult to remove OTA reservations that changed or cancelled, they have since made it easier to contact them for removal.

Now I feel very comfortable with the program. There are many reports and areas that I am still not familiar with, but overall I am pleased with Eviivo.

Acting as quickly as I could,  I tried to find other platforms and soon after realized how terrible this market is.

Being very new to this type of software, we were very pleased with how easily we picked it up, with the help of their excellent customer service team.

Eviivo was so easy to integrate with our practices and it changed the way we work for the better.

You are on your own and if it goes down for no reason. No one around to answer your phone calls or emails.

Very user friendly, easy to learn how to use it, clear and concise, great training & customer serviced received any time needed.

Easy to use diary, integrated emails and channel management.

The system appeared to be very much like Rezovation, which we found to be an excellent system.

Quickbooks online  integration for payment processing and accounting. They are also very open and welcomed my feedback and enhancement requests/suggestions.

Over all we are pleased with Eviivo. The more we play around with settings and features, the more we have been able to refine things to our needs.

At first I had to use the chat option which I found very difficult. The directions for set up were hard for me to understand.

Horrible accounts department overcharging at termination.

The problem is chat support does not have the authority to fix anything.

This system also has a pace booking report which provides booking trends to plan your pricing strategy. Overall I am so pleased and amazed by RoomMaster and its features.

It has great value and is much cheaper than most property management systems with similar features and functionalities. RoomMaster is easy to use and very stable.

They had a yearly contract for the customer service with a specific amount of calls for a set price. If you needed them more then you had to pay per instance called.

This is definitely one of the best PMS in the market.

The process of changing rates is very cumbersome. Also, reservations with a room move are very difficult.

They ended up changing the contract without our signature, and hiding our old data behind an encryption key, so it is basically ransomware.

We had a virus from an email a few years back and lost data.).

My IT guy actually came up with a simply patch to keep restarting the service every night that runs on the server, this seems to work on a very limited basis.

I like the ease of use and even after 4 years, learning new features and ways to use the software.

I am so amazed by the pace booking analysis report, which provides me with the right information; booking trends, especially now that I am using Yield Management to maximize room revenue.

The technical support team was terrific. Responsive, available, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Plenty of features and easy to use, interrogates well with epos systems.

I'm happy with roomMaster. We have it in 6 of our hotels and will continue looking to it for future hotels we acquire.

Their development cycle is more streamlined, and costs are lower for the consumers.

SQL reporting difficult to create. Some programs/add ons are 'prgrammer based' meaning difficult for a nonprogramer to implement.

Ease of room management and rate setting. Perfect OTA + booking engine integration.

Not to mention AddOns are automatically entered into the PMS as well, for the date the client chooses; this is all amazing. Reports are easy to create and are very informative.

Ease of use Everything you need to run your property.

It has its own booking engine, iQ-WebBook, which is very easy to use and helps increase direct bookings. AddOns are automatically entered in the client's reservation, which is wonderful.

I have used Room master for over 18 years. It is very user friendly, easy to use, the changes and upgrades  to new features happen regularly.

Their customer service is great and their software for the most part is easy to use.

Ease of use, easy to train, simple revenue management included.

Auto logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity, making difficult at times to get things done on-the-fly.

Very happy, software is reliable,  has never crashed , very stable.

The booking process is so easy, payments are processed and immediately integrated into the PMS.

I highly recommend the software, I have been using it for over 8 years and I am very satisfied with the product, for big or small hotels it's just excellent choice.

The software is very user friendly and intuitive with the exception of the group functionality.

The System is user friendly,  GDS / OTA INtegration is Spot on, Reports were very well detailed and can even be converted to Excel or Pdf, Marketing, Revenue Reports and Group management was too good.

If you have more than one location, consider the iQCRM product. All the interfaces are amazing, so don't skimp there.

Its the Best and would recommend to those that is less than 100 inventory. Most boutique and from backpacker to Luxury Hotels in Fiji uses Room Master.

Roommaster wanted us to pay to get your own database information out of their system when we wanted to leave their software.

There are many small inconveniences that reflect a low concern for customers needs.

The MOST COMPLET, feaure rich,  yet so user-friendly PMS.

The software is easy to pick up and figure out without too much training.

It is also important to mention that the customer support team is amazing and always helpful.

Easy to use, this program does it all when it comes to hotel management.
