A very effective tool for managing performance and increasing employee ownership. Like the actions sections very much as a to do list so that outcomes and actions can both be recorded.

Its got great value for free. You can syndicate to several free job boards instantly and extend your reach geographically.

Easy integration and user upgrades, great customer support, post job openings to multiple job boards with one click, communicate and track applicant interview progress in one place.

We are excited to continue its use and happy to recommend it to  human resource departments for companies small to moderate size.
