We saved a little bit of money, gained the support we needed, were able to streamline the close of payroll periods, and can process payroll much quicker.

The Ascentis payroll and HR systems offer a lot of functionality and value for the money. Their customer service is very good.

All of your employee self-service options, from paycheck and W4 integration to benefits selection are integrated into one  self-service solution.

Lack of training classes - it's all online videos.

The recruiting feature is collects good data, candidates are able to complete the application.

I like that this software has a function that you can view everything at once.

The customer service for Ascentis is absolutely non-existent. It was so terrible that I had to send an email to the CEO and other members of the C-Suite to get my issues addressed.

Go with the easiest to use. HR systems can be complicated, but if it's user friendly, it can be your best friend.

Can be complicated to figure out. Deadlines for Quarterly and annual filings are hard to meet.

I have now had two zero-error payrolls; I had to make up mistakes to learn how to do that piece. We are likely adding Tax very soon, and anticipate adding Time later this year.

The cost is within budge. The system is easy to us for my team and for me and it has taken days of my life through the simple administration.

It is a good basic tool for Employee records, but getting data back out can be cumbersome.

It is very easy to navigate round, it is also very simple to book holidays.

Support is friendly and efficient and the cost is very attractive. I can't say enough positive things about breathehr.

It is quite dull to look at and use, it feels like a program from about 7-8 years ago despite actually being a very modern package.

For a small monthly payment, I now have the perfect system for my needs. I have been very impressed with the product and the technical support.

Without a doubt, the best part about BreatheHR is its simplicity. For the user, the web interface is clear with all features signposted in the expected places with not an ounce of bloatware in sight.

It's a very useful software which helps for the HR management and leave tracking purposes. Not only that it can be used for personal goal setting and training activities too.

Smooth, minimal learn time, east to integrate systems with, easy to manage staff through it.

There is no drag and drop functionality, integration with Office 365 or CRM and data cannot be exported en masses.
