Affordable and pretty easy to use. The ATS is a good product that is affordable and helps us source more easily especially for young professionals.

We have had a horrible time with Arcoro from the beginning. We were sold a service that was not available for us and forced to purchase more features.

Both for applicants and recruiters. When I used this system, I often wondered how many people abandoned the application mid-way through the process.

The system has sent out wrong dates and times for different interviews causing major confusion and scrambling on our end when a candidate shows up unexpectedly.

Sometimes, a few of our users complain about the system being slow. This often is a local problem with the IT system they are using.

It's easy to navigate throughout the site and it's well organized. The tools are very useful and user friendly.

Difficult for the site managers  to use. It is a program built for recruiters - not the common manager.

I like the recruiting portion to post jobs with ease when needed. But rarely needed for the price of the software.

The integration to job posting sites is a great feature.

Good program for managing company announcements, and personal goals.

Good record keeping- good customer service on phone- Good response time from our account manager- conference was also helpful.

The added integration of free job boards was one of the main reasons we selected the product and have had good results so far. Customer service is usually very fast and helpful.

We thought that the software was going to help us on board folks.

Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work.

I really like how easy the system is to you. Support team did an excellent presentation.

Overall we have loved the partnership with Birddog.

BirdDog pays particular attention to our company's industry: construction. There is good value for the features and capabilities of the product, and they have a great sales and support team.

Particularly poor survey methodology to require a minimum length of response. Many survey participants will chose to abandon the process rather than embellish their answers.

It seemed to do the job just fine, I felt like the overall user experience was good. I think the aesthetics of the website could have used some work, or an update at least.

Functionality is not as easy with limited user availability.

Price point, but now wish we spent a little more to have a working platform and support.

With this system I have automated every step of the life cycle of employees with the ease of which is an integrated, cloud-based system.

If we could do a per use price, it would be something we would like.

The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.

We've had a problem with applicants that apply through Indeed Mobile; their resumes and attachments are not always coming through.

Ease of use, ability to format and customize for my specific needs, outstanding customer support and constant updates based on customer feedback.

Having BridDogHR, which specializes in the construction industry, is a huge help. They know our pains and do a great job addressing it with top notch services.

Excellent, Eploy have understood or unique requirements and facilitated a journey of process improvement to support our operation.

Overall one of the best ATS's I have come across. The ease of use is very good, and the support team are always on hand and very helpful / knowledgeable.

I feel that sometimes there can be some glitches in the system, automated rejection for applications or when a mistake is made on the system it sometimes has to go through management to be undone.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our brand proposition is fairly complex with 9 brands under 3 divisions under 1 group and we were looking for a recruitment system that could support this.

I have found our candidate experience has rapidly improved and become more consistent and our internal process have also improved and become more streamlined.

Reporting is rather confusing and requires significant set up - whilst all data is retrievable there are no standard dashboard of baseline metrics. Everything must be built.

This is only a minor issue though and is caused by user error.

Still lots of problems with the exporting process from Eploy to our company system.

I like the fact running off our payroll and recharge report is much easier and quicker than before.

Right from our initial contact I have been impressed with Eploy, both as business and a recruitment platform. The service from everyone we have met has been excellent.

The Eploy system has changed our approach and strategy for resourcing. The dashboards are so powerful and have supported driving our short and long term approach.

The software is really simple to use, and the support from the knowledge base is great and so easy to follow. I love that the candidate is informed along the way of the journey via automatic emails.

I like the ease of use and the dashboard is so good. I like playing around with reports and seeing what data i can pull off.

The customer service team have been fantastic, they respond within hours and are always so helpful and genuinely care everything is working how it should be for us.

Implementation was very straightforward and the support from developers has been fantastic.

Outstanding, I love the service and people we work with at Eploy. There is always someone available quickly and nothing is too much trouble.

Eploy will also integrate with our HR IS system meaning there will no longer be a need to manually upload new joiners the HR IS.

The candidate experience is much improved on what we have used in the passed and we have received great feedback in this aread.

If you have the time to invest at the start of the process to really build the ATS with Eploy to what you require, it will save time and money with the recruitment process once launched.

Very happy overall with the product, but what makes Eploy special is the excellent customer support, it is more of a partnership than a customer-supplier relationship.

Sometimes difficult to deal with large number of applicants.

Eploy is making regular improvements to their software which is part of the package (so no extra costs) which is great and training for this is always provided.

I have always struggled with the setting up of interviews in the system, it is just a process I have never worked out.

The software has enabled a transformation in the way in which we recruit at Yeo Valley, largely because of the ability to collect lots of useful data and then report on it in a meaningful way.

The system allows us to have a slick and streamlined process for candidates that is engaging and user friendly to create a great customer experience.

Hard too search for data and produce reports, not the easiest of ATS's to do this activity.

Our implementation manager was an absolute joy to work with and has helped us to create a system that has launched seamlessly across the business.

What I felt it was missing, its already in place. So can't think of anything.

I would highly recommend Eploy to any organisation that is looking for a new ATS.
