Affordable and pretty easy to use. The ATS is a good product that is affordable and helps us source more easily especially for young professionals.

We have had a horrible time with Arcoro from the beginning. We were sold a service that was not available for us and forced to purchase more features.

Both for applicants and recruiters. When I used this system, I often wondered how many people abandoned the application mid-way through the process.

The system has sent out wrong dates and times for different interviews causing major confusion and scrambling on our end when a candidate shows up unexpectedly.

Sometimes, a few of our users complain about the system being slow. This often is a local problem with the IT system they are using.

It's easy to navigate throughout the site and it's well organized. The tools are very useful and user friendly.

Difficult for the site managers  to use. It is a program built for recruiters - not the common manager.

I like the recruiting portion to post jobs with ease when needed. But rarely needed for the price of the software.

The integration to job posting sites is a great feature.

Good program for managing company announcements, and personal goals.

Good record keeping- good customer service on phone- Good response time from our account manager- conference was also helpful.

The added integration of free job boards was one of the main reasons we selected the product and have had good results so far. Customer service is usually very fast and helpful.

Every year when filling out my annual review, I would get automatically logged out, thus losing about an hour of work.

BirdDog pays particular attention to our company's industry: construction. There is good value for the features and capabilities of the product, and they have a great sales and support team.

It seemed to do the job just fine, I felt like the overall user experience was good. I think the aesthetics of the website could have used some work, or an update at least.

Functionality is not as easy with limited user availability.

Price point, but now wish we spent a little more to have a working platform and support.

With this system I have automated every step of the life cycle of employees with the ease of which is an integrated, cloud-based system.

If we could do a per use price, it would be something we would like.

The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.

We've had a problem with applicants that apply through Indeed Mobile; their resumes and attachments are not always coming through.

CakeHR app easy track  maintenance  college,school and employees details and easy to set up.

The way you can get the reports it´s really easy and quick. I love how they keep improving the software with new features to make it work better.

The UI looks good and is a very helpful tool to the organisation I work in. Gives me a good overview of who is off and for what reason that day.

It's extremely user friendly - I love the graphics  ALso love the review options.

None, only issue we have is with some of our team having one pot of leave for all their entitlement and it being difficult to run reports on.

I love how I have been able to integrate this with my google calendar too. The reporting gives good information to so we can better tackle our staff who are off on long term sick etc.

Overall, CakeHR is a great HRIS system. The integration between timesheets and attendance is seamless.

Good looking, easy to use and has some nice features like Slack integration for leave management. Also their customer support response time is amazing.

Settings, for me it is confusing where and how to add e.g. vacation related stuff. Not userfriendly enough, but maybe it's just me.

Although we are only a small company, we were trying to manually record our employees' holiday and sick leave as well as days in lieu, but found that we were losing track of vital information.

The versatility of the product is great, from quarterly reviews, asset tracking, leave management and more.

Customer service is definitely one of the things that stood out to me, how responsive and helpful the team is - shout out to customer service who has been helping me along the way.

Loved using this for onboarding as it made the process seamless, especially with the app.

I really liked the lean interface, which was easy to navigate and perform the operations you had to. I used it from an employee perspective, mostly to schedule my time off.

Overall we are happy and will continue to use Cake for hopefully many more years. We hope our requestes will be taken to development.

We kept finding errors in employee's time off records meaning that I manually had to figure time off when someone complained.
