When I need help they are quick to respond and keep me on the right track. Overall I am very pleased with Epay.

The ability to run reports to get total hours for employees is a great tool. It makes tracking productivity easy.

Overall, this is a very good user friendly/accessible product.

Last time I needed a change, I didnt think i done it in enough time for it to take effect before next payperiod, but their customer service made sure I got my situation taken care of quickly.

We also run payroll weekly, so every week would be the same mistakes and the same issues that would take an entire day to correct.

To me that is the best part. Anything they can do, I now can do for myself when it comes to payroll, taxes, old pay stubs, etc.

EPAY makes it easy to track time for employees to ensure that we are not going into any overtime and it's easy to use for myself as well.

As an employer, I have a problem with paying people for their off-duty lunch breaks. Also, when an employee switches departments (at lunch break), the result is a split punch.

Best customer service, I have never worked with a more dedicated team then E-Pay. They always share the same sense of urgency as you do.

There are no recommendations on the program because it's meeting all my needs at this time.

Our payroll errors have gone down 50 percent. A couple cons that we don't like is that Blueforce isn't very compatible with Internet Explorer alternatively it is  compatible with Chrome.

I have worked with at least 3 different payroll companies/product. The benefit outshines the cost when it comes to working with this product and the customer service team.

It's nice to get someone to help you whenever you need help. Most other payroll management companies only have limited support.

With the update to B7, the dashboard and layout is more user friendly than the previous version and has a cleaner, sleek look to it.

Blueforce met this challenge and has been a tremendous asset to us in controlling labor costs on a daily basis.

This seems like a good way to keep track of your payroll in an electronic and efficient form once you learn the system.

Maybe if there was a tutorial or a webinar showing how to view the time sheets or make changes, this seems to be where they are having the most trouble.

I tried Trello but didn't like much. I tried Conectohub & it was quite easy to use.

Finding a tool that can implement OKRs is a Godsend to me. I've seen tools that can track progress but tracking progress in terms of OKRs is very critical for any company that is focused on growth.

Conectohub has useful UX to easy to manage all tasks, subtasks, and projects. Able to easily assign tasks or projects to co-worker and  communicate with him in real time.

Am missing a bit of a getting started guidance, as there are so many options to choose from. Also while still in the learning process for OKRs.

It entegration witg JIRA. User friendly interface is easy use for all team mates.

And you know the best part. You get to try out this cutting-edge project management solution at a fraction of the cost compared to similar tools on the market.

Mobile & web application is usefull, intuitive, good ux and I can trace all my colleagues on one screen.

From my side, missing thing is task numbers BUT I saw that it's in the roadmap. And roadmap is grown by users.

I mostly like its fantastic and functional project templates, notification management, objectives for the team/company/individual, and customizable dashboard.

Good design of the software and good use of the colors on a white background and the option to activate the Dark Mode.

Some deficiencies in the documentation caused some intergration and usage problems in the first use.

This application is very easy to use and increases the efficiency of the work very much, very good.

Simple interface, mobile application and easy integration into other environments caused us to use the application.
