Pros
- It is very easy to generate attendance sheets and the IO is very user friendly.
- I really like that it's not a monthly paid solution, it gets all the information I need and has easy ways to export the reports in excel, which is what I care about the most.
Cons
- For example, bulk modification of employees without uploading the Excel again, or having list views with all the different information instead of having to access it from each employee.
- Privacy issues - we saw several devices in our company reporting that were not ours. The reporting overall is poor design and not customizable - too much time is spent formatting to suit our needs.
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- So easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I like it so much more than Outlook and love the cross functionality and collaboration abilities.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
