This online clock in/out software if fantastic. It integrates directly to RUN ADP payroll and I love it.

At times I miss ADP and the features of this product.

I have used this software to punch in and out of work, very easy to use.

Simple to use, not too costly, does not require high powered PC, easy to export to the payroll system.

They help resolve any issues I have. For the most part the website is easy to use and you can find things with relative ease.

Too many issues, poor implementation from ADP team, poor customer support and they were not able to resolve any of the issues we were experiencing.

I am still getting used to this, but I like it for the most part so far.

The synergy amd customer support functions are awesome. Veey good respmse time and attention to us as a client.

Cost is reasonable and affordable for new business. You have a lot of team support.

EzLabor is a great way to keep track of employees time. It’s easy to use and there are multiple reports you can pull.

I love how simple and straightforward this product is for clocking in and out of work. I mean I love logging into EZlabor at the end of the day because that CLOCK OUT is my favorite button.

I like this software compared to what my work used to use since it is paperless and all the employees can be connected together with ease.

I think it is a great product and it is efferent. It is a good way to organize thee business and keep it setup.

It integrates with the payroll and it can be embedded on the site. So easy to log in and there are a bunch of different options when you are buying the device to have for your business.

It was really nice having a 3rd party overseeing what can be a daunting task especially when you are new to payroll. The support staff were always polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable.

I can request time off pretty far in advance, too. It's also nice to be able to quickly access my time off accruals and balances without having to bug my supervisor.

The different platforms don't integrate well together (e.g. from payroll to HR). Information is lost and duplicates efforts.

It is quiet good when it comes to tracking time off, timesheet details and easy to use.

It is always great for tracking your time off hours and requests.

I also use this daily to clock in and out and it is just as easy of not easier than a time clock. Also there is less cost since you do not need to buy more equipment like cables or a time clock.

Sometimes there are rules we run into that we were unaware of that we have to figure out as we go, but it's a learning process.

Quickly keep track of time off requests and personal balances, get time off requests approved quickly.

It was problematic to add multiple new users. Only the administrator could request sign on information and for remote locations that often was a problem.

This program is another by ADP which is great as it gives us peace of mind knowing that if we have any issues then we have them to rely on. That alone is a huge benefit.

We needed a timekeeping system and after the terrible experience with ezlabor, we switched to a different vendor outside of the ADP system.

Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

It is very functional, excellent price, easy to use, easy to learn, it is great to work with it.

Taleo was the first ATS I used and I thought it was very easy to learn the ins and outs.

Apparently, many people, even more mid-high level people are tired of this nonsense. The result is that they just won't use Taleo.

Lack of social media integration and forward thinking. Still Recruiter centric, not candidate centric.

Implementation can be confusing if you don’t have professional services.

Having things like our background check service integrated is great.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.
