  • Pros

  • The whole candidate tracking system is very helpful in staying on top of the right talent for our open requisitions.
  • This is a good system with a lot of nice features and integrations. The dashboard is clean and easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes team members have trouble finding someone in the search bar and then have to recreate the user. The away message is no longer working for us.
  • The reporting is horrible. It's too complicated to get what should be a standard report.

  • The technology is user friendly, fun to navigate and easy to adopt. Our employees have commented that it has been fun and has not added any extra work to their day.
  • I love that the platform is focused on peer to peer recognition; the first thing you see when you log in is your recognitions wall and you can recognize your peers so easily.
  • Cons

  • The only suggestion would be the search function is based on last name. Being an international organization, many of our employees have multiple last names, so it can be difficult to find someone.
  • Notifications are too simple and misleading. One notification encompasses a few different possible actions.
