Because mental health is as important as physical health!

I have already implemented and used nilo.health in various companies and the feedback from the employees has always been very positive. Often former colleagues tell me long after I left how nilo.health helped them and still helps. As a member of the People Team, you are a person of trust for the employees and learn a lot about their professional and private worries and needs. It is good to know that I have found a reliable partner in nilo.health who supports my team in these small and big crises in the best possible way.

PROS

The wide range of possible uses - as individual as the needs of our employees! Fast and uncomplicated mental health support, which would often not be so easily accessible to employees without this benefit. nilo.health can also help to improve teamwork - employees and their managers can learn tools and strategies that make daily collaboration easier and more effective.In addition: the most HR-friendly implementation ever and the whole nilo.team is so helpful and supportive.

CONS

For now, there is nothing. The platform has improved over the years, nilo.health is constantly expanding its offer and the team is super open to new ideas and wishes from their clients.

User-friendly platform for supporting employees' mental health

We are trying to support employees' mental health anonymously.

PROS

I like that the platform is user-friendly and that there is very good customer-support, starting from the onboarding process, kick-off and readiness to address questions and concerns along the way. I also really like that nilo.health provides anonymous mental health support, especially knowing that mental health can be a sensitive topic. I also like the relative ease and speed in booking 1:1 sessions with psychologists.

CONS

Tools like gratitude journal can be made more easily-accessible, with a way to review one's journal over time. Right now, it is only part of the introduction for the skill "Cultivate Gratitude".

Nilo is the perfect benefit for mental health for companies

PROS

Nilo offers therapy sessions with licensed professionals. You get a questionnaire and then can chose from multiple therapists. I have found the sessions extremely helpful, if you don't feel comfortable with a therapist, you can easily change to another and you can manage all of that through their website. This saves so much time and energy instead of having to personally call different therapists to try and get an appointment. In addition to this, nilo offers meditation and a lot of other self-help material on their website. As an user but also admin, the functionality of being able to see the activity and usage of nilo also gives a great overview.

CONS

I think for what nilo promises, there's really no apparent downsides it.

Great tool

PROS

As a user I like the simplicity of the platform - there are no extra weird buttons one need to press to find the searched course. As a HR Manager, one can create a learning path (empathy, resilience) for the employees and in general promote a better and healthier environment in the company

CONS

As a user: Sometimes the experts (like coaches, therapists) are not really "invested" and say some generic response. I've managed to find a great one after trials and errrors As a HR: the HR platform does't give much information about the trends. For instance, what is the most important topic that most of the people are intersted about.

The best tool for Mental Health at the Workplace

Nilo.health gives anonymous space to our employees to talk about their mental wellbeing. After starting with Nilo we could see an improvement in survey ratings about mental health and a decrease in sick days.

PROS

We have been working with Nilo.health for several years and have seen an improvement in our employee health since the beginning (measured by survey ratings and decreasing sick days). Since the start with Nilo.health, they have continuously improved the product and added new functions. Our employees use the tool for 1on1 sessions with a so-called Nilo expert, but also other digital content to take care of their mental wellbeing.

CONS

Nothing I dislike. Whenever I have ideas or wishes for improvement I reach out to them and they really take my feedback into consideration. They also proactively reach out to me with new funtions and material to share with our employees.

Reason for choosing nilo.health

We chose nilo.health because the 1on1 sessions with a certified psychologist are very beneficial for our employees and we cannot find anything comparable. We were thinking about hiring a freelance psychologist, but we were not sure if this would provide enough trust and anonymity for our employees.

Valuable offer for our employees and great support from the nilo.health team

We utterly value the support and are looking forward to all future features, offers, and projects in our collaboration.

PROS

Overall, the implementation process was super fun, easy, and fast! The templates are well thought out so that communication with our employees can be conducted thoroughly and effectively. Regular touchpoint meetings with nilo.health and also the constant sharing of new features add a lot of value to their product, and the collaboration has been very fruitful so far.

CONS

Nilo.health is consistently working on improving new features. There are even pilot projects or active involvement with customer feedback that shows us how engaging and open nilo.health is.

Best corporate platform for mental health so far

Contact, support and offering form nilo has always been very satisfying. I love the experience and would always recommend it.

PROS

nilo's platform design is an important part that makes an easy access for our users. Even more important is the quality of therapists available and the opportunity to choose who fits best to your individual profile.

CONS

One major disadvantage from our perspective is that the offer can be made only for coporates although only 50% of the organization want to use it. Thus, the rest of the budget is not available for the rest of the team.

Nilo had the more personal contact. This was important when making the sale.

Great offer, sometimes slow solution

A strong partner for our companies efforts to create awareness for mental health and wellbeing

PROS

The variety of offers is what I like most - sessions with psychologists, webinars (roundtables), online offers. I especially want to highlight the focus on personal development that get's stronger and stronger over time (more offers) and, in my experience, can also convince some people who originally said "wellbeing isn't something for me".Additionally, I can say that every single person I have interacted with at nilo - from Sales, over Finance, to my most frequent contact points in customer success - has been very friendly, open-minded, respectful and motivated to support me with whatever question or request I had. Great team! :)

CONS

An integration with Slack (reminders, check-ins, etc.) would be great!

Sehr guter Partner in Sachen Mental Health

Wir haben uns mit nilo.health für einen sehr gutes Produkt entschieden. Es ist sehr nutzerfreundlich und entwickelt sich gerade immer noch schnell weiter. Es werden immer wieder neue Themen und Formate aufgenommen. Das Customer Success Team ist richtig auf Zack, beantwortet Fragen schnell und hilft unkompliziert weiter. Da das Unternehmen noch jung ist kann man als Kunde auch noch Ideen zum Produkt äußern, die je nach Machbarkeit auch integriert werden.

CONS

Das Reporting ist manchmal noch etwas ruckelig bzw. fehlerhaft. Das wird aber in Regel schnell behoben und geklärt.

Wir sind sehr begeistert von nilo und bekommen durchweg positives Feedback von unseren Mitarbeitenden. Wir haben das Tool auch schon mehrfach (und erfolgreich) weiter empfohlen ;)

Die Vielfalt der Angebote. Von kurzen Einheiten bis über Trainings für bestimmte Ziele. Das Portal ist sehr nutzerfreundlich und man findet schnell die Inhalte die man sucht (auch wenn die Auswahl groß ist).

CONS

Dranbleiben ist der Schlüssel - wir kommunizieren das Angebot immer wieder. Vielleicht könnten die Nutzer:innen direkt in einer Regelmäßigkeit direkt an die Nutzung erinnert werden.

Nilo.health ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, der Inhalt wird immer wieder aktualisiert, die Roundtable Themen sind sehr interessant, der Leadership Bereich macht Sinn, die Kommunikation mit unserer CSM ist sehr einfach und hilfreich.

nilo health makes mental health accessible for everyone

PROS

the 1:1 sessions are in my opinion mainly impactful, of course the tools you can use within the app are great for beginners and mental health pros. in general is the tool amazing for everyone, the ones who start deepen their knowledge in mindfulness and others who are deep into the topic mental health and the effects.

CONS

nothing i'm able to addd so far, the tool is well equipped.

A great partner for your mental health

I love the simplicity and the clarity of the platform, the interface is so friendly and accesible. I had my first ever sessions here, on nilo.health, and although I opened the account with skepticism, now I can say and feel that the sessions I had are already helping! The expert I got is amazing, it's great that you have the option to choose your preferred language and someone that suits your "needs".

Supporting the mental health of employees

Employees show interest in bettering the mental health and being more mentally resilient.

PROS

The most impactful feature are the 1 on 1 nilo sessions. Normally to get a session with a mental health specialist you need to jump through many hoops and be very patient as most mental health specialists are booked out.

CONS

The main page after logging is seems a bit cluttered but it is still easy to get an overview of the content.

Ich kann nichts Negatives finden. Die 4-Sterne-Bewertungen kommen lediglich zustande, weil die Kürze der Zusammenarbeit noch keine eindeutigen Ergebnisse widerspiegeln können. Wenn es so weitergeht, gehe ich von einer Korrektur nach oben zu einer 5-Sterne-Bewertung aus.

I really like the opportunity to speak to a psychiatrist via video. It is an easy solution for employees to utilize when they need to talk to someone. The weekly meditations and programs are great as well.

CONS
