Very poor UX and design. Feels very traditional and lacks modern features.

This is the worst of the solutions I've used and makes searching and recruiting hard.

I literally had to redo the entire process to change an offer if I sent it out incorrectly. It was missing an edit function.

I've had a great experience with Taleo and being able to manage new Associates through the new hire process has been easier since implementing.

Taleo is overpriced but you do get what you pay for.

Loved the ease of use for all users. Very easy to train new users and self explanatory as far as navigation.

Best ATS with Great features. Very helpful to release the offer and maintaining the database of the candidates.

The ease of use was my favorite thing it had going for it. It took a little time to get used to but now it's a breeze.

Auto-fill is sometimes inaccurate or missing information. Some more work could be done to make this process more intuitive.

Some of the terms are confusing (fill vs hold vs cancelling a req) and teaching these to new users is difficult.

This should have been set up from the start. It's very difficult and costly to implement new features in the system w/out an IT ATS wizard on your team.

I like the features and customization Taleo offers.

While I do not use this product daily, I can say that when I have used it my experiences have been fairly positive. It is easy to use and navigate, I have found it to be intuitive and easy to learn.

TOO much information can actually make the product clunky and a little difficult to use. It can be overwhelming VERY quickly.

If you get the right package, you have a pretty awesome program.

The tech support is the worst I've ever encountered, we have to use a consultant on a regular basis, always an issue with a user having to switch browsers to watch a course.

Needs an integration with payroll. Not the easiest software to deal with (it's Oracle...).

Maintenance is generally very easy. Great Taleo community to share best practices.

The options are limited as to why candidates are not selected when sorting through profiles.

We were able to really make it work well for our business and integrate it with a lot of our other systems outside of Taleo for a more seamless experience for new Associates.

The only con is that some of the features you had to pay more for. I was on a basic plan and didn't need a monthly plan so it was unfortunate that I couldn't access all of the features.

Usually, you get a better pricing when you take it for a year, but they also offer a monthly rate that is a little higher.

This is a wonderful way to know your customers or to get feedback on the service you provide to your customers. We have been improving our product and services by knowing the customer's point of view.

Additionally, its integrations with email marketing platforms make it easy to reach a wider audience and improve survey response rates.

What I liked the most about using SurveyMonkey was the robust set of features that suited our feedback collection purposes quite comprehensively.

Also, the amount of ways to pull results can be overwhelming. It’s hard to pull the same report twice.

The whole platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It also prompts options you may not have thought of which is a great benefit when you're building something fast and want it to look great.

We use survey monkey at our church to get quick and easy feedback about different events that we have periodically. It is always super easy to take the survey.

Yes you can make surveys, yes it’s relatively easy to use, yes it’s cheap. The data reporting is simple and easy to export if needed and the secure survey option is great for the workplace.

This software help us to survey our customer for us and other companies that work with us. Customer support and service improvement are indispensable.

I couldn't create an automated email to receive when new surveys were completed.

I have also used it as a graduate student and it was a great tool for me to use during my studies because it gave me so many great ways to analyze my data.

It has been great, compared to other tools such as Google Forms it offers more tools and its hub looks better.

The interface is easy to use and the surveys are always very clean and responsive.

The options for survey questions are great and easy to understand/create.

The only real problem with SurveyMonkey Enterprise is that it takes a while to get use to the interface.

This is pretty much where a pay a small sum of money, and get your survey completed by hundreds of people across the global.

The constant upsell attempts ,everywhere, get frustrating really quickly. I also think their background theme selection is limited.

Definitely the best choice for surveys out there. Like how you can present total data clearly or even individual responses.

Integrations like Zapier. Easy and intuitive to use.

They responded (after a week) with a very defensive, accusatory and borderline personally insulting email.

It is perfect for post-event feedback in the shopper marketing events world. Pricing is great and the collection of responses is easy to understand/view.

I like that respondents think they are anonymous but you can actually track where they came from which protects integrity of information.

Closing surveys takes too many steps. Search for surveys is hard to search.

One of my favorite features of this software is the ability to quickly write a review, and then easily send out a link to a whole variety of people. What is even better is when you purchase results.

Plenty of features and nice interface. The reports are fairly powerful and well done.

I really enjoyed the flexility of survey monkey as it allows a lot of question types. Surveymonkey also provide a great guidance to how to make a great survey.

Point blank this is the best option if you are looking at getting/implementing any sort of survey software.

The analytics are robust. The integrations with other platforms are powerful.

Overall, support is great and the program is easy to use.
