BenefitMall PayFocus has functioned as great HR software for our organization of just over 200 employees.

The reporting feature was very limited and there were other things it could do.

Needed a simple and cost effective payroll system for our small company.

The knowledge and courtesy has been a plus in my learning of the payroll system. Our account representative is one of the best I have dealt with.

Extremely  easy to use and wonderful set up  for both employer and employee.

Worked for a short period of time and then stopped. Tried to reset password e-mail never sent.

I had a horrible time setting it up in the beginning, and counted on them for a lot, which was set up incorrect.

Also, the internet customer support is excellent, which is refreshing now a days because good customer service is hard to find.

It was easy to use and the customer service support for software was great.

We have had a great experience so far with an easy and seamless transition. The on-boarding has been great.

The HR360 component is also a great resource in helping me navigate the new regulations and notices required by the goverment.

The customer care over the phone, in person, and via their online chat has been very helpful and went out of their way to help me navigate anything I couldn't figure out myself.

Entering data is quick and user friendly. The interface isn’t complicated and timesheets print out with ease.

Payfocus allows my team to keep each employee’s timesheet in point and calculate everything super fast and easy. Imwe havnt has any issues.

I'm typically getting complaints from my finance department as to the poor reporting from the system and corrections to the reports take more time and effort for an automated system.

The switch was driven by cost. What has impressed me most about Benefit Mall is that I am getting every bit as good a service both in terms of customer support and online efficiency and ease of use.

We have been much more organized with our details around pay being kept in a central location.

I enjoyed using PayFocus and the customer service staff was great.

One of  things I dislike is that the navigation menus or tabs are often confusing.

I love that it allows easy access and understanding of  tax processing, support, and the ability to manage HR tasks all from one place. Its perfect for our small business.

I LOVE that the reports are so easy to access and online chat is always available to help if needed. We have had a few issues in the past and the most recent took MONTHS to correct.

However, it has been a wonderful experience, everyone was VERY helpful and patient with me during my learning curve.

Fits the most basic of needs at a good price. It would be better if online timesheets were better.

Ease for the customer and great customer service if we ever have any questions.

User interface is sometimes a bit confusing. There are multiple views of the objectives, and you can do different things in each.

Overall, we have a positive experience with it, but I'm not sure if it's fully worth the cost.

This seems like a really nice and innovative company. They provided us with a nonprofit license and it is so greatly appreciated.

I don't think my team really loves the site. It feels more like homework than goal setting and tracking.

Difficult to know what I'm required to do sometimes and how others approve it.

We use it for 1:1s with our direct managers, mid-year reviews, and our end of the year reviews. I love how they give you prompts and allow you to expand and format your review as you'd like.

It's a great cloud-based solution for appreciating our colleague's work, thank them how much it meant for us and also to build a culture of motivation.

Our HRIS is extremely easy to use and intuitive. The integration that they built looked really well as well.

The comments can then reference one of the key results. Originally we set the objectives semesterly, and they got lost amid the day-to-day work we do.

When we bring in a new hire, we don't have to help them get started with Small Improvements. It is easy for managers to note milestones and overall I think it is a very good tool for goal tracking.

I use this software for my semi-annual performance reviews and also to give kudos to the team for the great work they are doing.

SI helps me keep track of my 1:1 meetings, I also love being able to give praise to my colleagues when I feel they've exceeded expectations. It is very intuitive and easy to use as well.

Some small corrections by awesome quick help of the really kind consultants of Small Improvements, gave us the possibility to complete a review of 2012 for the whole company within two month.

Very cute graphics and helpful reminders about deadlines for nominating reviewers.

Example: cancelled, or cancelled and reason as holidays, etc.

Highlights of praise given to other co-workers. Simplicity of interface.

I also love that you can see what your manager responded for the same question, side by side.

Integration with outlook also helps preventing scheduling pain-points.

Our company reviewed and tried out a lot of different systems before we found the right solution for us. This one seemed promising because it was integrated with our HRIS.

Very easy to use and works well on all my devices; they do a good job with recognition and a good effort with design. Just set it up and it's on its own after.

It seems to be limited by how much the team uses the software, and without the entire teams buy-in, it doesn't add much value to the organization.

We use this software for our reviews at work. It is easy to use and easy to  share praise with co-workers.

Whereas the software is affordable for a small business, it becomes increasingly costly as the firm grows.

If I had to cut our tools budget, SI might not make the cut.
