Excellent Experience
My overall experience has been very positive. We learned so much from our first survey, we found out what are strengths were and areas of opportunity based off feedback from our employees. I highly recommend this product.
PROSThe product was very easy to use. High quality and affordable cost compared to similar products. The support received throughout the whole process was impeccable. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Intergration and use was simple.
CONSHonestly, there wasn't anything I did not like about Spectiv.

The price point and service provided were unmatched. It had everything we needed and came with a Project Manager and Consultant without add on cost.
Reasons for switching to DecisionWise
We hadn't used the product in a few years and when we did, it did not provide the access, support or information that we needed.

Wonderful team backing a powerful tool
I had a wonderful time working with the Spectiv team. They were very helpful through each step of the assessment journey and were quick to offer support when needed.
PROSThe Decisionwise team are the best thing about Spectiv. They offer comprehensive training for 360 assessment trainers and are quick to answer any questions regarding navigating the tool and customizing it to our specifications. I am also a big fan of the "set it and forget it" style of the platform. Once everything is staged, the platform runs itself from initiation, sending reminders, to compiling the reports in easy to download PDFs.
CONSThe platform itself is not very user friendly at first. I often found myself needing help with navigating the functions/features, and struggled to get everything set up. It would be nice to offer some more hand-holding throughout the various menus to make it easier for someone to work with when it's their first time. The menus feel a bit bare bones and could stand to include more help text/ directions.

Robust & reliable surveys
The best thing about DecisionWise is the support team - I find incredible value in having expertise at our fingertips to guide us through survey insights, and help us distill information back to our leadership team and employees.
CONSIt can be a tad tedious to navigate from one page to another in the database- information still loads slowly (understandable with so much data in there).

Exceptional Partnership with DecisionWise: Beyond Expectations
I appreciate the exceptional customer service and success support we receive, not only with the annual employee engagement survey but also with the quarterly pulse surveys. DecisionWise has consistently been available to answer questions, review the data in depth with our internal People & Culture team before we release the results to executive management and staff, and they have ensured high reliability and validity of the data provided.
CONSThe only issues we've encountered in the past were with the speed of the platform itself. However, in late 2023, DecisionWise made changes to address this, and it's no longer an issue. The response times for accessing the engagement reports have improved significantly.

Love DecisionWise! The employee engagement survey is the best!
I have had a positive experience; when I have questions or challenges, I have received support in a timely fashion. There has also been flexibility in adjustments to the survey questions to meet our needs.
PROSI love the new format of the survey in one continous form. You can get amazing data in a survey that takes 15 minutes or less to complete. The pulse checks we conduct in between the annual survey help us make decisions along the way to improve our areas of growth.
CONSIf I had to say there is a con; the DEI questions could be more robust.

Decisionwise Spectiv 360 Feedback
Our leaders became stronger, more self-aware and more confident. This program is one of my favorites.
PROSMany of us have gone through 360 programs before and I have been a part of 5. This one was the one of the most effective and lowest dollar investment.
CONSI truly don't have any. I had to build the assessments myself but it was quite easy once I got the hang of the software in just an hour or two.

Best 360 I have used
It is one of the best 360’s I have used. The feedback report is laid out in a very clear format. It is easy to understand for both coach and participant. The way the derailer section is presented makes it easy to begin discussions and action planning.
PROSEase of use, ability to customize competencies, format layout, Derailer segment very powerful and comment section very helpful.
CONSCurrently I cannot think of anything I would suggest.

Spectiv was much more user friendly and the feedback report was laid out in a clear and understandable fashion. Plus the customer service was exceptional!

Easy to implement 360 Degree Assessmnent
The process of creating and implementing the assessments was very easy. Once the survey was created it was very to setup the entire team to complete the assessments. We plan on utilizing this tool again.
PROSThe assessment was easy to customize and implement.
CONSStruggled a little was some of the mechanics of the software, but was easily pointed in the right direction by support.
