Great tool for managing our wellness perks
Easy to use as an end user; for products/services that aren't listed easy to submit a receipt for reimbursement; quick/easy! On the admin side easy to manage integration with our HRIS, awesome customer service (super responsive!), and no complaints from our employees which is always a good sign

Using The Thrive Pass Service and App
My experience has in most cases been good. I have had a couple of my expenses not approved so if I have a question, I send it to the help desk first to make sure it is an eligible expense.
PROSIt is an employee perk I can use and is available at any time including emergencies.
CONSYou will be taxed significantly on the disbursements. I have used it only in emergency situations, like an unexpected car repair.

The website has wonderful information, but it is not easy for staff to navigate to it.
Tracking of the wellness activities, ability to on and off-board and many wonderful FAQs.
PROSThe ability to add and remove staff before their start or end date. The ability to have the items in our Wellness Platform tailored to our needs. Very individualized. Staff is very helpful when the software is lacking.
CONSOur platform can't get all our choices visible on one screen. This causes confusion for staff. The Marketplace is not intuitive, I get many questions about what can be used.

Easy to use
We use Wellness allowance reimbursement for team members. Extremely easy.
PROSIt's a vey simple process. Really nothing to describe, enter name, sum and upload the proof of verification. Done. They come back very fast usually.

ThrivePass for Benefits
I was sure there were going to be issues connecting my already existing gym membership information to Thrive and having everything still get paid out correctly, especially since the amount my company gives to Thrive is less than what I pay monthly. However, all I had to do was enter some basic membership information into Thrive and account information, and everything was paid out correctly on the first try. This makes it really easy to use benefits reimbursements the company is giving.
CONSI'm only using it for one benefit right now, so I haven't played with it a ton outside of that one benefit, but I have come across no issues so far.

ThrivePass has been very easy to use for our employees and has motivated them to be more active.
We like the variety of the Marketplace and the fact that ThrivePass is constantly looking for new and innovative ideas to add to the Marketplace.
CONSThere are a few glitches that need to be worked out on the app. However, ThrivePass is working to resolve the issues.

I have never really had any "hiccups" with Thrive Pass. All reimbursements have been smooth and adjustment needed from my end have always been explained great.
PROSThat my company contributes to this for us and the multiple selections we have to chose from.
CONSDid not see areas like work equipment such as work boots, work apparel, safety equipment, i.e. safety glasses, vest etc. Not sure if there is a reimbursement for work boots?

Thrivepass is easy to use and their customer service is unlike anything I've experienced!
Intuitive and easy to use. I add new hires to Thrivepass at least every 2 weeks and no one has any issues using the platform.

Thriving with ThrivePass
I get reimbursed for my fitness center membership within just a day or two of paying for it!
PROSIt's simple to use and it does what it's supposed to do!
CONSI do struggle a bit trying to find how many times I have checked in for the current month.

Only Thing Better than ThrivePass Benefit is a three day weekend

Nice Benefit - Challenging to begin
It's a nice benefit that seems to have a positive impact on company morale as more people use it.
PROSIt is easy to send in receipts for past health related expenses to be billed back. That function is probably the nest thing about TrivePass
CONSIt is hard to get started and to remember to use it every month. There are a limited number of gyms that are on it in my area that would allow for a automatic recurring charge so I have to remember to add my expenses manually every month.

I've enjoyed using the ThrivePass service and in fact look forward to it. It's very user friendly!
It is easy to use and the offerings are clearly categorized and labelled. The existing partnerships cover a lot of different categories and the assistance provided by the ThrivePass team when a new partnership is requested is very helpful.

Simple way to submit health reimbursement requests
I used Thrivepass to request reimbursement for eligible fitness spending. I was able to complete reimbursement paperwork online, in a few minutes, and did not need to contact the vendor for a receipt . I could verify by documenting credit card charges. The software was quick and easy to use and simplified the reimbursement process.

CONSNot easy to log visits. Should be on front page and easier and more obvious to log gym visits. Also possibly an App with an easy way to log Gym visits.
