Keep your remote company together
Using Wellbeing Warrior has certainly helped us increase the connectedness of our remote team, and also contributed to remove silos between departments. The team really enjoys a little "fun" break and for me, as a manager, I barely have any work managing the initiatives I'm running with the tool. I've picked initiatives from the baked-in templates, configured in a few steps and voilá!
PROSWellbeing Warrior makes it easy to create routines & rituals in a remote team, that help keep the team together and motivated in the long run. For example, we've used "virtual coffee breaks" to have people connect with colleagues they normally don't interact with; or the "suggestion box" to give people a safe space to let us know how they feel, and what they'd like changed.
CONSWe were not familiar with the kind of practices one can use to improve employee wellbeing in a remote scenario, so it took a bit of learning and reading through Wellbeing Warrior's articles and examples/templates.

Connect over coffee
It helped me to connect, engage and strengthen personal bonds within the team.
PROSThe product is intuitive and easy to use.
CONSIt doesn't seem to be flexible - when my plans change, it can be hard to sign off the virtual team building.

Wellbeing Warrior
In our company, the Wellbeing Warrior is now well known and we enjoy using it. The Slack integration helps a lot to get reminders and we have the feeling that everyone is familiar with it. We really like it.
PROSThe software is helping us in the process of onboarding as well as into daily activities such as coffee chats and lunch roulettes, as well as collections of questions for our meetings. It does help us a lot in terms of connecting people who never met or hardly speak in the day-to-day business.
CONSIt is an iteration process, as we discover sometimes some features which could be changed or improved. However, customer service was always open to our suggestions and also to implement some changes in the tool itself.

Solved issues we didn't know how to...
First, it's a seamless integration to our currently used apps. And with that made it feel like almost no effort to implement it to our weekly use. Our team benefited from it in multiple ways, from Buddy program management while onboarding newcomers as well as the All-hands questions management.
PROSThe best was the Lunch Roulette which got different parts of the company together in a very nice and human way.
CONSSometimes it was a bit unclear who managed it, but that's because our HR had it all under control.

About wellbeing warrior
The most used feature for my team has been the coffee roulette where you can meet new people and the buddy feature where you can help onboard your new colleagues
CONSSometimes it gives you too much notifications maybe if it would integrate with my calendar to find empty slots this would not happen

Wellbeing Warrior - critical to connect employees
Wellbeing Warrior is a great tool that improved the mood in the workplace and I got to connect with colleagues that I never had a chance before!
PROSWhat I enjoy the most are the variety of tasks and actions that we have. We can schedule coffee breaks and take that moment to relax and connect with our colleagues. We can schedule an onboarding buddy program to welcome the new colleagues and make them feel at home. What I like the most is the roulette event because we can have different events to connect with our colleagues.
CONSIt is not very to use and it takes a while to understand it. We had to read several templates and examples online in the beginning. Once we start using it we tend to receive too many notifications.

A great tool for your organisation
Great experience, easy to use and really improves how our company works.
PROSThe integration was super easy, specially with Slack. The communication works really well, besides the emai, that works really good as well.
CONSMaybe the excess of notifications, if it is possible to manage the notifications would be awesome.

Virtual Coffee Dates in times of Covid
Overall my experience was really good, because if all the nice people I met and the coffee dates I had :)
PROSI like the Most that I have met so many new colleagues and friends on our virtual coffee dates and I have really had some interesting talks :) it helps a lot when you are new in a company to get to know each other also if there is something like COVID :)
CONSSometimes you didn’t know if there will be a online date or not, because there is nothing like an easy button for a direct link to an mail button, so easily click and set up the time in outlook :( Because like that people often forget to set dates

Great tool for networking
It is a great tool to meet people and create ideas for socialising within your work. I extremely liked the idea of a remote coffee break starting off, as it allowed me to share time with other new joiners and also experienced workers within the company. This allowed me to broaden my horizons with employees from different departments and learn more.
CONSAt this moment and time, I do not have any complaints about this software. It works great within our company which is in hyper growth meaning a lot of new employees and faces to meet.

Great for connecting the different departments!
The setup was incredibly fast. With one short call, everything was prepared for us.
CONSIt really fulfils our expectations. It would be nice to have even more templates available for the initiatives, I hope that's coming in the future.
Reason for choosing Wellbeing Warrior
Longer free trial period, price, and overall feature seems better.

Helpful for networking and integrating into new company
It's a good opportunity to meet others in the company that don't necessarily work in the same area. I like that you can opt in and out of event roulettes.
CONSI wasn't sure what kind of feedback I should give after my coffee chats with colleagues. I'm not sure this feature is needed.
