  • Pros

  • Job reports are great to be able to go back on jobs and find out what was done and go over site pictures.
  • What I liked most was the ease of use and the intuitiveness of the processes. It's easy, it's simple, it's quick to implement and above all the support is very agile and efficient.
  • Cons

  • Technicians are so limited in their permissions which is not ideal for empowered employees or small shops.
  • It is an inconvenience to not be able to do both under the same user account.

  • So easy to use and setup. When the Web view had the calendar could see exactly what was needed to be actioned and when.
  • Bar code scan the equipment, makes it easy to review, rather than ops having ability to free type equipment name.
  • Cons

  • Internet connection in the workplace can be a bit on and off making it difficult to carry out daily checks.
  • Also somewhere that can store information for its maintenance- eg. Tyre pressures, oil type- how many litres needed.
