Really, really flexible, and builtin design tools have allowed us to easily enhance the app to meet our (very unique) needs. Easy to use, with excellent performance.

We have had employee complaints about redundancy  and not as user friendly to navigate through.

The flexibility to tailor things yourself is  well above competitive products. The reliability of the product is outstanding and customer support has been very good, friendly knowledgeable staff.

The software is fairly user-friendly. The software for tracking  is good for tracking communication with customers and reporting.

We needed a solution for managing our customers, new leads and the sales process. We found Commence to be easy to navigate and use and very easy to customize on our own.

User-friendly , many features makes this software very flexible great UI.

Inability to store files (docs, PDFs, etc) directly within the database. Lack of formatting options (highlighting, bullets) in text fields.

I definitely recommend Commence CRM to those looking for a quality CRM system and great service.

You can change the look and feel to what works for you. The Agents creation function (which is like a Macro function is quite strong and powerful, and so is the filtering and sorting capabilities.

This product and company deserves more recognition then it gets. The product is rock solid and offers a level of flexibility simply not offered by competitive products at their price points.

Of key importance was the ability to integrate e-mail with accounts and contacts and generate custom reports.

Guys, free software is good, but Commence is better, especially if you want to preserve your hard investments for the future.

EngageBay's customer support has been very responsive and helped me resolve an implementation issue almost immediately.

It’s hard to edit email Templates and landing pages.

Since I started using it recently so not very sure about dislikes. So far, I am enjoying it.

We had some special requirements for our custom CRM and the team was very helpful in getting new functions create for us and made sure we were taken care if we had any issues or concerns.

It is amazing to me how feature-rich the platform is at the cost.

Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics.

As this software is packed full with features, it can be quite confusing to use it for the first time, and to choose the correct tool that i need to running the project objective that i has planned.

More features and functionality than some of the 'big guys' for a fraction of the cost. It is easy to use and train clients on the system, so that is ALWAYS a huge plus for us.

Engagebay is well suited for our small business which is developing rapidly.

The suite of tools is good and the fact it is integrated with many tools in one was helpful. It did however have issues.

It made no sense that they rather lose a customer totally than provide a discount so that to me suggested bad business and support in the future.
