The customer service has been outstanding, especially Ilda Cairns, who has been there every step of the way for us and has been there for every question we have had.

Cost is reasonable and customer service/technical support are excellent, especially my claims management specialist Suzanne Kehren.

As the owner of my adjusting firm I love the administrative reports that allow me to zero in on any aspect of my business.

Adjusters like it and it makes them more efficient. Has a good suite of management tools to ensure the adjusters are meeting their goals.

To be competitive the UI needs a facelift. Other than that I can't think of any other dislikes.

It is a little bit property centric rather than being designed around a casualty line of business.

The least like thing about VCA is having to learn the program. But I guess that's the problem with any program so overall I cannot complain.

This is helping to better organize, store, and administer our claims. It is great to use on a daily bases and the fact that I can customize it to meet my needs what I truly enjoy.

Having been in the insurance industry for 23 years, during a period of technological change, I have been exposed to many different electronic file management systems.

Many insurers are choosing to go paperless and VCA is an excellent tool for this. The customer support is friendly and helpful and always just a click away.

Easy to learn how to use. I worked customer service agents  and They  were  very thorough and patient.

I am concerned with the pricing increasing on a regular basis, as most of my clients are looking to keep claims costs lower, which greatly affects their and my bottom line.

We have adapted to the system. The sales team did an outstanding job explaining to a skeptic such as myself the value of the system.

This effort required really listening to our needs and being there for us as we confronted problems. Much of our focus is the E & S Market and the Lloyd's market.

Allow user of the portal more storage to upload documents. Expanded area for questions and drop downs which can be added for the end user filling out the claim on the portal.

It has been specifically designed for the insurance industry, and as time goes on, new features are added. It is safe, secure and easy to use.

We have never experienced major downtime, only a couple of minor interruptions, over the past 6 years - which is FANTASTIC in my book.

When I have a question, the customer service department is always helpful.

The customer service is great and they go out of their way to answer your question and to make sure you use the platform to your advantage.

The online University is also helpful, it includes prerecorded video walkthroughs for different tasks. I used that quite a bit.

Although out of contract and able to cancel at any time, they have continued to charge my card for 5 months. Each time telling me they would issue a refund the next billing cycle.

This has really increased productivity in the office. The reports can be adjusted to whatever you need to be testing and measuring to help focus on the details.

I hate how I had to have the software downloaded on the computer and if i had issues during weekend I was screwed.

This has been an ongoing issue most recently we've not been able to merge emails for 10 days. As a work around we are having to cut and paste from Outlook making the management system worthless.

I like that it keeps all of my due dates in order and is very user friendly. It helps keep me on track to make sure our  agents are compliant.

I would change to Hawksoft but the concern has been we might lose data. I suspect it would be a wise to simply make the change, but ten years is significant fearing change.

As a busy agent, this software saves me time when quoting. I can put all the customer's information into the system and can get the best quote within seconds.

Example is their commercial rater which is worthless and because of that they do not allow integrations with established commercial lines raters in the market.

If you input the data right, I like how quick/easy it to generate forms in the future for projects or for requests from the customer.

I love how easily it integrates with my email and phone systems. When a client calls in, our phone system recognizes the phone number and pops up a new tab with the client information.

This is a very hard program to learn. My first year of using it was very rough because it has a very antiquated feel to it.

I like that functionality of this software, it can do everything you want it to as long as you know how to use it.

This makes my job more efficient and organized. It's a great tool to have.

I have even had them login to my system, and take over the screen to fix settings, problems, etc.
