I feel like this product is way more powerful than I can give it credit for at this point in time.

Program comes generally ready to use with different widgets to customize each space. Allows for integration with Microsoft platform for connection to One Drive.

The use of imagery on the main carousel has to be a precise size or its cover by text or not shown. We have an iframe that we try to remove horizontal scrolling and no one seems to be able to fix it.

Product is fairly easy to use, document storage is one of the most important features that we use.

We were searching for an intranet software as we were tired of customizing Sharepoint and wanted  something which is flexible but not too expensive.

They are knowledgeable, quick at answering questions and finding solutions. They are also awesome at helping us customize the site.

We like having multiple spaces for working together, keep everything on one platform, but giving different teams the ability to structure their space in the way that fits them best.

We're very happy with Communifire. It gives us everything we need.

Functionality was put in, but there's no depth to it. For example, the site member csv does not accurately report space membership.

The out-of-the-box features are really great and accomplish a lot of what we were interested in for an intranet solution. It has also always been easy to get support for the product when needed.

The ease of initial setup, and ongoing support makes this a winning interface for internal communications and collaboration.

The language module is the worst part of the software. We had to spend days of work doing proper translations form English to Dutch.

Flexibility of the platform: It was so easy to customize and consume their REST APIs.

Lots of features and a great UI. Was super easy to set up and most colleagues have zero problems using it.

It can be difficult to write articles, having to import images and format content can take a considerable amount of time and effort.

It's pretty easy to use -- the set up was fairly painless. I like the pagebuilder function, ease of publishing.

Love the customizations available especially through CSS overrides and the ability to turn certain features on or off (ie chat).

Compared to our previous software Communifire is awesome and does what we need it to do.

My experience (Less than 1 year) lets me honestly say the support team is incredibly helpful (and they are super responsive) when I have a question and I know how to ask it.

I'm actually quite terrified to even look at the back end sometimes for fear I will do something irreparable. If you have a team of administrators, or available designers/IT, I say go for it.

Good UI, easy to use, feature rich, very friendly and prompt customer support. This product has most of the features of Jive but is much more cost effective.

It gave our employees a new intranet to complain about.

It has a nice blend of feature/functions like Lithium and Jive without the price tag.

Their help desk is second to none. They fix issues extremely fast, and they go out of their way to help you achieve what you want.

Axero is incredibly easy to use and the Axero team is SUPER helpful on all ends. I feel so supported by the software AND the team.

There are occasionally errors when I upload documents, however the problem does not occur often.

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with Onboard. You are assigned a customer support manager that reaches out to you and listens to any suggestions that you would like to see.

The product is great and integrated smoothly. Adoption of the product was the biggest challenge.

The integrated zoom is a huge bonus. We also love being able to keep everything in one place and clear out emails.

We are only slowly moving into all the features, to keep our transition seamless. The ease of use is very important and evident with both me and with the team of 19 others using it.

OnBoard has been wonderful to deal with - their customer service is supreme (easily the best out of every service provider we are currently working with).

Experience has been very positive. Everyone has been nice and very helpful in answering whatever questions I have.

The color printing alone was very costly as the packet grew in size over time.

It's compatible with all the browsers we use, its mobile app is superb, and when compared to other board portals we've used, it provides more capability at a lower price.

All Adobe Acrobat bookmarks and markups including highlighting, comments, and added text are stripped out and lost when these documents are uploaded.

OnBoard integrated with our existing business processes and board requirements, it is extremely user friendly, administration has been easy thanks to the amazing support staff.

I would recommend OnBoard to any of my peers. We don't touch nearly all of its capabilities, but so appreciate how easy it is to share information securely with our board members.

The system helps build your meeting agendas and you can attach documents for the meeting attendees to view during the meeting. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend.

Above all, the customer service has been fantastic from exploration to implementation to now customer check-ins. The price is pretty good too.

The ease of access by both the Admin and the board members is probably at the top of the list of great attributes of the OnBoard portal.

I especially like the ease of the software, the ability to upload documents for the meeting is a great feature.

I love the agenda builder. It is nice to have access to the agenda on the event itself.

The inability to use the gallery view is very disappointing and the sound/video quality is poor with the integration. It works will when Zoom is used separately however.

This saved me a ton of time printing and collating and mailing board packets. Also saved the company money.

I don't have anything about it I dislike or have a problem with.

Making changes to the book once it is built  is a huge plus. Zoom integration along with the ability to control who sees what and when is an excellent feature.

The ease of use for staff is what I like most about this software. They have done an excellent job of reducing redundancies.

I am confident that I will become more familiar with sections of OnBoard as I use it more. The assistance that comes from OnBoard is terrific and very helpful when learning.

Great program and value. I did all the research in looking for a board portal and was pleased with this from the beginning.

We have had a great experience with the OnBoard team and the software. Support has been excellent and the product serves the purpose we intended for it.
