The Adecco Group is now leveraging of an amazing and powerful communication and collaborative tool in addition to a skilled and committed team.

The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. The widget set up is easy for the administrator.

Maintianing consistent layout of site pages very difficult to implement across an entire site.

Flexibility of functionality to build sites and integrate with SharePoint to support communities of practice. Supports expertise location through the people directory, profiles and Insights feature.

Some Microsoft Office features are missing. Also missing is a birthday widget, which was very popular within our Business.

The CMS has a small problem in addition is extremely defective the synchronization of SharePoint/Unily software is painful.

Good customer service/responsive team. Integrates with Yammer for commenting.

From day one, I was able to experience a significant improvement in internal communication and collaboration in my company.

Super responsive and helpful. I do like that it updates all the time, although this does mean it's more prone to bugs (obviously).

Overall, very good intranet in a box solution that sits on top of O365.

Working with Unily has been fantastic; our CSM is brilliant, always available to help with anything and responds quickly with solutions.

It integrates seamlessly  into our strategic IT landscape and allows us to feel the fresh breeze of digitalization everyday.

The document management tools are limited and don't support early versions of SharePoint (we currently have 2013) - only the Online solution.

The search facility on the platform is excellent and the provider strives for ongoing improvement and upgrades which keeps Unily ahead of the game.

The software has had many glitches over the year, causing many wasted hours for employees of Mowi to recognise and fix.

Ability to reflect our brand perfectly I didn't think we could create such an impactful intranet that easily.

Unily's ability to also offer  a mobile solution coupled with a way to engage front-line workers, without access to Office 365 was also something that was incredibly appealing to us.

Easy to use and looks great, content updated daily like the podcasts, maybe something like a playlist of music might be an idea that also changes daily.

Intuitive, non-intrusive, and a nice aside from normal corporate communication.

While I am aware staff engagement is the objective, the constant updates of activities of other sections and departments feels like over kill.

We recently startyed using the podcast featuer and got a good response. The article feature is good to drive information.

Functions are great, with some lovely added extras, and most of all the ongoing support from the team is top notch.

It reminds me a lot of Facebook (which, personally, I stopped using over a year ago), but that isn't a gripe with the product as such - more my own feelings on social media.

The use of the shout out feature does not always to be as intended. Inge would expect it to used in a relevant targeted way or often appears to be used in a effort of self promotion bordering on spam.

The ease of use with Workvivo is outstanding, simple and attractive. Its self explanatory to work through and has instant impact.

On the desktop version, there is no way of adding emojis into your text.

I found our entire onboarding process to be easy and seamless - our customer service team was truly wonderful, and we love the product.

It's a bit confusing to find out how to post a shoutout - I managed to work it out in the end.

WorkVivo were brilliant from the first call with their support and their dedicated team have made every step easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this platform to anyone.

I added my work email to notifications and get numerous emails every day. My inbox has limited capacity so regular deletion necessary.
