  • Pros

  • This software is literally best barcod scanner out there and so easy to use. The customer support is doing very good job so.
  • It offers various features that enable businesses to stay on top of their assets and ensure everything is functioning optimally.
  • Cons

  • I have no prior experience in generating QR codes for tracking, and the little background I have with it made trying Gear seem daunting at first.
  • Just one drawback I can identify with the GEAR is the fact that there have been problems with monitoring system's accuracy, so it's critical to verify the data prior depending on it.

  • Has a great integration with Amazon, and offers one for Etsy. Which is difficult to find with a solution provider.
  • Fantastic support, online chat and phone support is superb. Easy interface and integration with woo and ship station.
  • Cons

  • So all of our Shopify sales were not recognized, Quickbooks created an entirely new set of negative inventory, leaving our current products unaffected.
  • Integration sucks with XERO. Invoices are constantly missing and we need to double check to make sure invoices get transferred.
