I've been a client with both Kiyozu and then Channel Advisor and the overall capabilities, price and service that comes with Solid Commerce is unmatched.

I am able to still reach support fairly quickly without a problem. Their support team works quickly to resolve all issues that I have.

Web-based and good integrations with ecomm platforms.

Problem after problem and they can not fix any of them. It is costing us money now.

The eBay integration was stable most of the time. There is an Excel COM-add in for processing bulk changes.

Reports that are supposed to be emailed to notify users of low-inventory or errors within the software are not sent.

Pro - The system has huge potential and is very powerful. If they could fix the constant glitches they would be a wildly successful company.

If you start to get upset they just give you another sales representative and it starts all over. You stay in a perpetual loop of misery.

I love SolidCommerce and I wouldn't be growing as a business if it were not for this software and these people.

New Marketplace setups can be tricky. Kitted products can become a challenge if more than 2 kits are required.

It is pretty bad you have to call their Sales line to take to anyone. Overall, decent system - horrible customer service and technical support.

The best part was the Integration for the inventory. The mutiple listings and the shipping are so easy, i dont even know why i did not try this before.

Yet we both sell on MULTIPLE sites- which means managing all of our products, prices, and sales can be really difficult and overwhelming (especially when we have 100+ items listed at a time).

Solid Commerce is very powerful software with many great features. My favorite feature that Solid Commerce provides is what they call Vendors connection functionality.

I find it so easy to use and compatible with my existing inventory sheet. The Shipping also helps in time saving.

I know you should never buy for a product's roadmap, but wow, ZapERP's customer support is really listening to its customers.

I liked the UI was very easy for me to adapt and use the software as a new user.

I like simple functionality to manage inventory, it is easy to use & give exact result as per our requirement.

The only thing missing is some-kind of WooCommerce plugin to actually add in the multi-locations into your WooCommerce website. This would complete the package.

The interface is beautiful but not always intuitive. However it's easy to learn.

The Customer support is awesome & they have plenty of integrations with software that I use every day. They handle everything from accounts payable/receivable to Shopify to Amazon & inventory too.

I am pretty happy with the software overall. I started using Zap about a year ago & I have been pretty happy.

The problem is, with Woocommerce it just doesn't work.

Invoice creation is a very intuitive process in this software. I did not have to struggle to create an invoice.

Easy to use, can search for and does what it shoud.

I love the fact that it is easy to use, easy to setup, fast replies from customer service, and the ability for it to grow more without limitations.

Little tricky at first to get use to menú and options.

So far my experience has been positive and I am impressed with the support.

It helps me be organized and updated when it comes to accounting records. The tours are excellent to get familiar with the features of the software.

The logs show nothing on my end which means despite their assertion it's a plug in conflict, it's not. Bottom line is their integration has major bugs and I was very patient.

ZapERP is a best, effective and easy software to run or grow your business, because it provides you everything which you need for your business  like billing, costing, pofit,loss, shipping etc.

The way I see it, it would be ideal for traditional warehouses where physical products are stored in them. Zaperp is worthwhile due to its integration capabilities.

Being cloud-based may be inappropriate for areas with bad internet.

Simple and clean dashboard interface. Zapier integration though they had to take this down at the moment to fix some bugs.
