My only negative is that it can sometimes take a while to get a hold of a support person when there is an issue. I have waited a couple of days in the past (mid-week, not over a weekend).

It allows me all the tools and functionality needed to successfully manage our Azure AD and O365 users.

ADManager+ - excellent integration with helpdesk.

Worst support i have ever come across in 20 years in IT.

The auditing reports are great as we can easily find out who changed something and when.

It's been very helpful for our network team and makes weekly and monthly reporting very easy.

AD manager Plus is one of the best product to maintain your daily AD Tasks.

Cheap and fantastic software for AD Management.

Its alot like a few of the other software programs out there , it is fairly simple to use , delegates roles , eliminates repetitive motions , pretty basic  great for small business.

All ManageEngine products are easy to use. Technical Support is great and provides solutions to problems on first call.

Upgrades, ease of use, If you do have any issues this is the best software I have ever seen offering support. I would recommend to any company with an active directory environment.

Very useful and powerful tool for automating account creation, allows you to reduce your reliance on aging scripts and empowers those without comprehensive scripting knowledge to automate processes.

Doesnt allow for you to change alot, doesn't give enough characters to use to explain an issue  too limited.

The chat function to get technical support is great. They constantly has new functions to provide to users.

Active directory left untouched , automate and streamline AD tasks with little scripting knowledge, simple user interface.

It does the job, but I have my doubts about the technical way in which it is implemented.

In this day and age, Security is paramount and if someone were to hack or steal a password for the product, they could do serious damage to an domain.

Complex reporting and task are made very easy with Ad manager plus and it is one of the product helping me a lot with daily tasks.

At times, searching can be somewhat cumbersome as the loading of information based on a search or report can lag.

The only problem I can think of is getting  an invoice from Manage Engine in the form needed by our finance department  so we could pay the maintenance bill.

Haven't really found anything I don't like about the software yet.

I like that this product changes quickly to accommodate changes made by MS.  I like the reporting. I like bulk create/modify options.

The price of entry was really cheap and it's very useful, has many functions included for AD management and reporting.

ADManager helps you to audit and manage active directory (and other systems).

Helps with standardization when you have many engineers managing the same AD. Easy to use and effective reporting.

No DirSync but was told it is coming. AD Delegation is a little clunky to figure out.

ADMP has also made synchronizing our cloud and on-premise environments through automation simple and organized. Their support staff has been very courteous in resolving our issues.

AD Managerplus makes life by automating  Active directory tasks with simple interface.

ROI is quick, and the support is easy to get to, not hidden like some companies. You can get to help from right inside some of the products.

And there are frequent  free online training sessions that improve our knowledge of the product's capabilities. Their tech support is very good to work with, very quick to respond.

We have introduced a lot of automation from helpdesk using the API. This allows L1 technicians to perform functions they otherwise would not have access to in a secure manner.

The support staff gets back to you quickly when you have questions and are very helpful, and the pricing is very reasonable for what is offered.

Easy to use, customizable, has templates and workflow features. Overall a great product for the money.

Limited reporting functionalities. The API is also very limited.

Solarwinds has so far been working great for my network administration needs. I kinda miss the old days.

The risk of failure seemed much too large for a system built on an OS that we don't know very well. Finally, the sales tactics are incredibly strong.

Support is frustrating to deal with at the initial levels.

It does everything you can think of. Probably the premiere RMM solution on the market.

Nice interface with LOTS of features. Fast remote access with lots of control options.

Sometimes the Take Control access intermittently doesnt work for no reason. Event logs and log parsing is difficult to configure and doesnt quite work as expected.

It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.

Every added option has a cost. This makes it very difficult to cost price for taking on new customers.

After using it for 3 years, N-Able was a frustrating experience.

Nothing really, it frustrated me , until we found Datto , amazing company.

I have been extremely impressed with N-Central management's willingness to help ensure our deployment is successful.

They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.

The monitoring agent broke our customer's network.

I have dealt with N-Central for many years and have repaired badly set up systems and worked it up from scratch.

N-Central staff has gone above and beyond what was expected to make sure our deployment is successful.

N-Central is very powerful and customizable. Configuration is very granular and allows experienced administrators to configure almost limitless monitoring.

Very counter-intuitive on instructions. Figuring out thresholds for alerting can be difficult.

Great tool for network monitoring, good at what it's built for.

This product has been great to use as we are migrating to it.

The patch management feature is far superior compared to any other platform I have used. They are partnered with BitDefender offering an integrated AV solution providing a true complete RMM solution.

It is hard to understand for the average system administrator to set up.

Overall, we have been very happy with the product. It does require some investment in configuration, but that investment allows for a very powerful product.

Over all they are very good at taking your money and over the years have been hard to communicate with. It’s all sales sales sales.
