For my application I have no negative responses. Maybe that the pdf work order print the actual WO butmy workaround is to print to pdf.

It was quick and easy to adjust forms, reports, and workflows to accommodate our needs and customer service has been great the whole way.

Customer support is the best. They have always been able to help me customize the the program.

Instead, they have a mobile browser based version. It is clunky and difficult to use, especially for people with limited tech experience.

The launch and use of emaint with our company has been a resounding success in our opinion. The ease of use and customer service  should be a point of pride for the emaint team.

I like that is is not at all dissimilar to an online classroom. The software and I'm assuming server is rather fast and easy to navigate one you know where required tools are located.

We were able to troubleshoot why this switch was failing and fix a bigger problem.

In our manufacturing process we have multiple machines that are alike and use the same parts. At one time it was difficult to tell if high usage of a certain part indicated a problem or not.

All our techs use the mobile which communicates faster and more accurately that the old paper way. Customer service help line is amazing.

Great CMMS - Ultimate Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

Ease of navigation, great search fields, awesome reporting. Its easy to use for those Trades and Crafts who are not computer trained.

I have used quite a few CMMS and this is by far the best and most user friendly.

It's a great tool knowing asset reliability, having the predictability of future failures, and understanding the total cost of an asset in one place, your desktop.

There are so many features that can be designed and enabled to create a good user experience. Customer service is generally very responsive.

Very supportive;  good overall Maintenance Management software.

It is difficult to see at a glance what the schedule is for multiple techs. The second biggest complaint is how slow it can be.

I love the amount of features you get for the price. I am coming from Jobber which I use as the gold standard for small to medium sized field service business software.

I can process payments quickly and I like having all the information of where my techs are at any point in the day and get updates easily.

Scheduling features are nice and intuitive compared to your competitors software. Ability for team to easily access service history and customer equipment is also a huge benefit to us.

The FieldPulse program is great very easy to use with great support from all team personnel from FieldPluse.

My favorite thing so far has been the customer service.

Customer data base and google maps integration is nice to use while driving to location. Tech support has been spot on as well.

For just starting out my business and coming from more expensive software it was the best descision I made to help keep everything organized and flowing. Great choice for any tech to use.

Maybe have the ability to drag and drop info on screens.

When you don't have service, you can't use it. The offline mode isn't very useful and tablet apps don't have offline mode.

They will probably continue to improve this though so with the cost effectiveness may be worth it in the long run.

Easy setup and very user friendly. Product support and training were top notch.

Software is very visually appealing and makes scheduling and sending estimates easy. It is intuitive and can be learned quickly.

I usually have my questions answered and explained within minutes. The software is super easy to use and by FAR the easiest I have tried to integrate with Quickbooks online.

Service is great, appears that they are able and willing to explore options/ideas to improve software.

My business has already received multiple compliments on the customer service we provide through it. The communication is much easier to do and our quotes look so professional coming from field pulse.

The system is not a customizable as I would prefer and there seems to be a steady stream of bugs which don't hamper function but are a bit of an annoyance.

Fieldpulse is a robust CRM that has many useful functions and the team continues to add to it. I have used other CRM's including jobber and none are as good as Fieldpulse.
