Fantastic reputation management and customer retaining system

Overall, this software is fantastic! It's efficient, easy to use, and highly customizable. It makes it so easy to build your own brand and get (and retain) loyal customers. It has made my business soar and has freed up so much time.

PROS

This software has helped me double my customer base in only 6 weeks! Easily my favorite part of RunLoyal is the ability to create and customize your own app for your business that your customers can download. You can choose which of your customers to ask for a review, and they can easily write a review for you with your custom app.

CONS

I have no real complaints about RunLoyal, I only have one nitpick, and that is the software is updated pretty often. This is not a bad thing per se, I just find it irritating. But it's only a personal nitpick. I have had a really positive experience so far.

Great app to provide to our clients

We are extremely satisfied with our decision to turn to RunLoyal. Dog boarding has been a small business line for ours for 40 years but realizing the growth potential has made that ramp up. We had previously had 3 points of contact for our customers to ask for boarding and then put everything into a shared google calendar. This worked when we only had a few dogs a night. But we outgrew that and moving to RunLoyal has expedited our growth to the point we are looking at an facility expansion that is 4x the size of our current operations.

PROS

Working with the sales and build team was fantastic. We were able to talk 1v1 with our team so they understood who we were and what our business is, so they could build the best app for us. Having a dedicated support contact has been fantastic as we are undergoing many changes in our business, [sensitive content hidden] is always there to respond to my emails!

CONS

The developers have done a great job at trying to encompass as many types of businesses as possible to make a replicable product for everyone. This though makes some of the wants/needs of our specific app to not be done. This is understanding because they are producing a product that countless other users are using. But I will have to say, they listen to feedback and do very frequent usability updates.

Good software to manage and care for animals

Excellent, with runloyal I gave my animals a second form of life with better care and slightly more adaquate lifestyle.

PROS

Very good software for pets. It allowed me to manage the care, take care of animals with abnormal behavior without stress: to strain at my own will. It is easy to use as software.

CONS

As a young user( more than 9months) of runloyal,I do not yet encountered any difficult or flaws. However, the prix Good.

Worth every penny

PROS

The ease of access, organization, professionalism, & overall atmosphere is amazing. There have been a few bumps in the road but the technical support team has ALWAYS been very responsive and helpful. Friendly Furscapes will always be a client because of this and how kind the staff has been since we’ve met.

CONS

There are a few glitches here and there & sometimes the booking can be confusing for clients. What I like the least is that our app doesn’t show prices for clients and sometimes they are surprised. Also finding the invoice on the app is confusing for them as well. Aside from that there’s really nothing I dislike about Run Loyal & will always choose this software of competitors like Daysmart

Fantastic Service

Run Loyal is allowing us to avoid scheduling issues and inventory shortages.

PROS

This software completely manages our Salon(Grooming, Boarding & Daycare) as well as our retail items. We are able to track inventory, income and all schedules. Technical Service is amazingly fast and handle problems ( most of the time) within minutes!

CONS

The one draw back is that there seems to be extra clicks and pages when trying to get back to where you were.

easy to use

my overall experience has been great so far! only had the app for a couple of weeks and so far I am loving it!

PROS

love the how to do videos in most of the software makes it easier to figure things, faster while trying to set up and get things done:) also if that doest't fix your problem the "online" support will replay within seconds to any question you may have!

CONS

haven't experience any hard problems so far, I only have it for about a week, so far so good!

Our customers take us more seriously, are booking more appointments, and it’s helping us geo the company. We would not be able to grow our kennel the way we want without it. Impeccable customer service.

Thorough, covers a variety of kennel considerations and effectively communicates the information from customer to staff and back to customer

Web browser staff interface. However, our understanding is there will be a staff app interface soon.

One of the best parts of signing up to use this software is the customer service is way above what someone would expect.

Dog Daycare and Grooming review

Run Loyal has been great. The customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable.

I love how organized everything and that I can easily see every facet of my business. I also love that clients can book through the app and their feedback has been positive.

CONS

The software is glitchy sometimes. If you don't know that then you might be wasting time trying to do something that may just need a refresh.

This Pet Care Software-App Platform will Transform Your Business

PROS

The software is amazingly robust at doing all the things a modern pet care facility needs but is surprisingly streamlined and easy to set up. The native app is a game-changer and gives any pet care business a clear competitive advantage in attracting, engaging, and retaining their best customers.

CONS

As with any program, you can always wish for more. The financial reports are clear and accurate, but I look forward to seeing more managerial reports get developed.

Reasons for switching to RunLoyal

Most of the other products are outdated, and their priorities seem to have shifted away from the interests of pet care business owners. It is refreshing to see a new company so focused on listening to their customers and intent on getting the basics right while introducing new technology and features that help make pet care even more fun of a business to run.
