Hands down the worst software I have ever had.

Since purchased by Stamps.com program has gotten steadily worse. We paid annually and they started charging us monthly even though we were paid till 2021.

When the account needed to be accessed by someone other than the person who set it up (he left) it was difficult to access it.

Great software, but poor customer service & technical support.

Easy to use and track for business with a compatible price. It is very stable, rarely breaks down.

I used to enjoy using this software and recommended it's use to most online sellers that I know of.

Lousy customer service - inexplicable outages. Cumbersome return label process.

My overall experience with Endicia has been very positive.

The customer service is extremely difficult to reach and they made a major error that cost us a lot of money.

Luckily I was able to go to ShipStation, which is less expensive and awesome to use, to get my orders shipped out. I would NOT recommend Endicia at all.

A great shipping software for small business shipping store for all carriers and most cost effective.

But here's our biggest complaint. The change required us to throw away all of our stamp materials AND to throw away all of our postage scales.

And...to add insult to injury - it will take 4-6 weeks to receive my balance refund.

By runnig endicia connect each and every time, seems to prevent this. It is annoying when the stamps/labels don't print, you have  to request a refund, which takes weeks.

Absolute disaster and nonexistent customer support.

There are occasional scenarios where the built-in address verification on the web app is inaccurate or missing data from USPS and makes it difficult to override with another address.

Had to file complaint with BBB to get problem resolved. The online webserver is glitchy.

A few months ago Endicia integrated with Stamps.com and the problems have been worse than ever. Endicia now runs very slow and continually failure to function.

I have waited many times more than an HOUR to get connected. This is beyond frustrating.

Saves all your addresses, easy to find contacts. A lot of customization available for labels, envelopes, etc.

Overall, Endicia is a great company that has saved me much time in not having to run to the post office anymore.

VERY POOR from a support standpoint. Stay as far away from this company as possible unless you have no other options.

This has been a common occurrence lately. Web interface stops communicating with printer.

What I like most about the Endicia software is the ease of integration with my website. It also saves time and money.

You can take the pictures yourself or find other sources to upload from. The ability to use Sortly on all mobile devices is perfect for what we do.

IT's great, they are very helpful via email. The ipHone app is great, and so is the web app.

The best part about Sortly is how easy to use it is. Works great on different platforms.

The interface is intuitive and simple. It would be great for operations trying to track simple inventory  functions.

I use this app to control the office supply and sample inventory. I like its simple template that I can easily change the setting.

It has been great, and when you first start using it they have great support staff.

It is useful that I can save the picture of the material as well.

Sortly has enable my team to be able to access information about our costumes offsite. The search function is wonderful and makes locating items super easy.

Also love the mobile app. Overall a great product that is easy to use across a team.

I haven't had much experience with this yet, but seems confusing.

Initially difficult as it wouldn't update between devices.

As a direct seller with a fair amount of inventory, I love being able to show my customers my product and know if I have any in stock.

As a speech therapist, I love that I can tag each item with a skill or concept. This is incredibly useful for when I am planning for my next session.

I love the friendly UI, it is really easy to use.

Sortly was very easy to use and they were also flexible with the trial timeline.

Sortly is easy to use, helps us update our inventory quickly and accurately, and is well worth the small cost.

We had been doing things in a roundabout way and the Customer Service team was quick and kind to point out a better way to use the app.

The Customer Service has been immensely helpful to us in understanding how the app can be used to best suit the needs of our specific Loan Closet project.

My only complaint is it’s a bit pricey for the pro version of this app.

This software works extremely well, the structure of it is brilliant. I love how it integrates with dropbox and creates a filing hierchy.

Twice we lost several entries/data due to updates or system errors. We were unable to recover that data which was frustrating.
