Everything has been more efficient. The landscaping teams have improved.

Great experience so far. It is encouraging that the software is constantly improving also.

Additionally, this software provides the platform to capture so much data that can then be used to help our company manage scalable, profitable growth.

It had the features we needed now to help us grow, and the built-in processes that will be crucial to maintaining efficiency with higher sales and more crews.

I love the invoicing assistant and the ease of doing accounts receivable.

I love how easy the software is to use. While i received training i feel like the software is easy to navigate and figure out on my own.

As with all software, there are bugs that pop up that can be frustrating at times.

Aspire is easy to use and navigate. Most anyone can learn the system with ease.

We pay a lot to have this; I want that problem fixed.

In the scheduler i sometimes have issues finding the work tickets i want to schedule (not sure if that's user error).

I can watch my progress through the month on a daily basis against my budget and am able to make adjustments quickly and easily.

The ability to apply all costs to individual tickets to better understand the job profitability. And you can build pretty much any report you could ever need.

Customer service It was really great and we loved having someone help us.

Amount of data that can be pulled out of it is amazing. Job costing is super easy.

Scheduling has been a huge help for production and keeping track of budget hours. The ability to track these in real time is a major asset with growing labor costs.

For my 1st conference- it has been GREAT. The people are great and I learned alot.

Viability into our business improved. We saw where we are performing or not.

They continue to improve processes and integrate other software so that it has an ease of having an all in one platform.

They are responsive and are always available to help. This software will be the go to in the future of landscaping companies.

That to me is the most ridiculous and will have me leave Aspire if we can't get it fixed asap. I would rather have nothing then messed up financials.

Inability to put system controls in place to minimize mistakes, particularly related to mishandling tickets and selecting services within an estimate tied to the wrong division.

Some key metrics can be missing in reports but ASPIRE is always updating and learning from current customers to adapt.

Aspire is a fantastic tool for our industry. It is built with the user in mind.

Overall i think Aspire is a good fit for our application. I think it provides a good system for job estimating and job costing.

The biggest benefit was real time results, job costing and job progress. Invoicing also became much, much easier.

Aspire, while quite expensive has proven save us and increase revenue quite a bit.

At first It’s difficult for people to use especially people with only basic computer skills. Missing some basic functionality of other programs.

It is easy to use and gives tremendous amounts of data for analysis to enable us to make good business decicisions.

I like the ability to sort the data and like how you can download onto a spreadsheet.

The ease of use in Aspire is fantastic. Almost 95% of things are intuitive when you first jump into it, but you have the support team at your fingertips for that last 5.

Customer support during implementation was very good. Ongoing support for users is excellent with very fast response times and knowledgeable representatives.

That after the contact was signed, support is non-existent and the product is horrible and non-compliant.

Very bad constantly harassing us for money on a contract that has been canceled.

My overall experience is very good. I really like this software, it is so easy to use and makes everyday tasks simple.

It is a great cost cutting software for business in which there employees are travelling because you can know where they were and how much time they spent on each jobs.

Have to use a stand alone tablet; Hard to integrate with other software (fuel tracking).

Lack of features- tracking service of vehicles is incredibly hard. The merging of our fuel took over a month and many emails - you have to have time for follow ups.

Limited integrations: Some users have reported that the platform does not integrate with other software and systems they use.

Worst Customer Service and Ridiculous Contracts.

This software has been a lifesaver in a few cases with being able to see who is speeding and where they are.

Also, what pissed me off is that I had to extend my subscription in order to allow access for a brokerage company.

I had to call 20 times in order to cancell it. Started calling in January and still I got charged 2 moth after contract was cancelled.

So when you do pay, they still dump you into their collections process with numerous threatening calls which are automated and require you to call them back.

I find the product easy to use and the job management capabilities are great. Verizon WORK also integrates with our MYOB accounting software and that works really well for us.

I want OUT, but they say I would have to pay them $4,000 to get out of my contract, even though they have broken the contract by giving horrible customer service.

Their customer service, the products and features and the overall price are great. Honestly after reviewing 3 or 4 competitors this is the best option.

The platform is great- easy to use. Smooth online and app experience.

After having the system for 2 years certain things I had I no longer have and the transponders have begun failing and its been difficult to get back up and working properly.

It is pretty use to use once it is installed and up and running. Website interface is user friendly.

Units disappear from the system with no explanation. Their own integration within components is weak.

Our experience has been good and we feel that this has made a big difference within our organization for driving safer and just being able to keep track of our vehicles when we need to.

It was ultimately not usable because it exposed our company to risks of being unable to meet federal ELD mandates due to its regular failures.
