What I am quite disappointed in is the switch to online hosted software run by Real Green. They are pushing companies to use their online software at a ridiculous cost.

Many reports and such can be easily pulling the wrong information with a simple mistake of not clicking a box, or clicking a box we shouldn't have.

Most of us like the fact we can see a good bit of the customers account information from the Customer Details screen without having to hop from tab to tab like in SA4.

Almost everyone in our industry uses QuickBooks - and it is the biggest pain in the butt - and I mean HUGE that SA doesn't integrate with QuickBooks.

Can do many things within their software they have available. Tech support is always a delight to deal with.

I love that it is internet based and I am able to log in anywhere. The functionality is a big improvement over the SA4 version.

After 15 months this system cost me unmeasurable losses.

One of the BIGGEST nightmares with SA - is that it doesn't play well with QuickBooks.

It seems to me that RG is working awful hard on trying to stretch beyond their wheel-house.

Response to tech support requests takes days. We had SA5 a few years ago, then went back to SA4, then came back to SA5 thinking they had the bugs worked out, but sadly, not so.

Service assistant is great. We love it and the team that works behind it.

Service assistant was great, then they decided to be cloud based so they could sell sell sell.

Over priced, the support it terrible, it is impossible to get in contact with finance and the sales team lies and tells you the software can perform in a way it can't to stick you in a contract.

What they forgot was to make it work first. They seriously need an internal IT and coding department because what they are doing doesn’t work.

You clear out the report, start over - and again a different number. It's difficult to provide accurate numbers to your boss when you aren't sure yourself if they are correct.

Overall, it was easy to use after learning the basics. The mapping and scheduling functionality is this softwares best feature.

Our main area that we enter info for our customers is the Work Order. The function of that is so bad that we use SA4.

Customer support group is excellent. Why the development group can not, or have chosen not to correct the 2 issues that I just addressed, is beyond me.

Operating a small business myself, I have found that finding what you are great at and focusing on that is the key to success.

It is unacceptable to have a system go down for all the online users.

Spread sheets and QuickBooks at $/month  is a much smarter option, unless you just like throwing money out of the window.

Easy to navigate and intuitive. Very easy to find different features and reports.

When you have to have a setting in a different platform to work in the intended platform, doesn't make much sense and it's very confusing.

Terrible experience and for months I have tried to get support and can't get any.

That after the contact was signed, support is non-existent and the product is horrible and non-compliant.

Very bad constantly harassing us for money on a contract that has been canceled.

My overall experience is very good. I really like this software, it is so easy to use and makes everyday tasks simple.

It is a great cost cutting software for business in which there employees are travelling because you can know where they were and how much time they spent on each jobs.

Have to use a stand alone tablet; Hard to integrate with other software (fuel tracking).

Lack of features- tracking service of vehicles is incredibly hard. The merging of our fuel took over a month and many emails - you have to have time for follow ups.

Limited integrations: Some users have reported that the platform does not integrate with other software and systems they use.

Worst Customer Service and Ridiculous Contracts.

This software has been a lifesaver in a few cases with being able to see who is speeding and where they are.

Also, what pissed me off is that I had to extend my subscription in order to allow access for a brokerage company.

I had to call 20 times in order to cancell it. Started calling in January and still I got charged 2 moth after contract was cancelled.

So when you do pay, they still dump you into their collections process with numerous threatening calls which are automated and require you to call them back.

I find the product easy to use and the job management capabilities are great. Verizon WORK also integrates with our MYOB accounting software and that works really well for us.

I want OUT, but they say I would have to pay them $4,000 to get out of my contract, even though they have broken the contract by giving horrible customer service.

Their customer service, the products and features and the overall price are great. Honestly after reviewing 3 or 4 competitors this is the best option.

The platform is great- easy to use. Smooth online and app experience.

After having the system for 2 years certain things I had I no longer have and the transponders have begun failing and its been difficult to get back up and working properly.

It is pretty use to use once it is installed and up and running. Website interface is user friendly.

Units disappear from the system with no explanation. Their own integration within components is weak.

Our experience has been good and we feel that this has made a big difference within our organization for driving safer and just being able to keep track of our vehicles when we need to.

It was ultimately not usable because it exposed our company to risks of being unable to meet federal ELD mandates due to its regular failures.

I love the ease of use and the ability to set up reports that relate to  my business.
