Ideta is an extremely powerful chat-bot software that plays a crucial role in the operations of my business. I absolutely love that you can scale this bot to be as simple or complex as you want.

The time I've been there has seemed to me an application of a very good level and very advanced functionalities (more than expected). I was positively impressed with everything it brings.

Flexible software, powerfull and easy to use... very good.

Too many functionalities which can disturb for administrators.

Its easy and self service chatbot plateforme for creating chatbots.

I am testing it at the moment to use it in elearning. I think most people would use it for other settings but the beauty of this product is that it allows that versatility.

The customer support with Ideta is INCREDIBLE – one of the highlights for me, hands down.

The only downside in my opinion is their thinking behind the conversation flow building.

It seems to me that it is a quality software that has its learning curve, but when you learn it you can apply it very easily and it is very useful.

The ease of use to get into the tool I also really appreciated the massive amounts of education the tool provides to get me ramped up.

It allows to build more effectively and with some ease pretty everything we want around a chatbot.

I've tested many chatbots but ideta is the only one that is of French origin and that integrates so well into my Ecommerce site.

Sometimes you can struggle with UI, but they have many tutorials there.

Some bugs on User Interface (sometimes updating data can be annoying if you don't save your button or text).

Very good thanks to the high flexibility of dialogue and the global intentions.

We can use it independently and the assistance is top.

It´s easy to understand how you must cocustomize the text in the bubbles. The Tutorials and Videos make it even easier.

What I liked the most about this software is that it has a competitive price and excellent qualities. After you learn it is easy to use, they have very good customer support.

The Chatbot and Social media integration and automation at their best.

At the moment, very few things. It's always a little bit difficult to configure a tchatbot but this one is much more easyer than other ones i used in the past.

My biggest issue was deleting things I created wrong and trying to recreate them.

Ideta is extremely generous in its price compared to the offerings; I feel it’s an excellent value.

This is fantastic and easy to use communication software for within our company. It integrates seamlessly with other zoho applications and with other external applications.

However, I have not had the best experience with Zoho customer service in general one time. Other times, I had a great experience.

The integrated chat options into other zoho software makes this an obvious choice for zoho users. Ability to use emoji, gif, share files make this a versatile chat system for our team.

Cliq or Slack - we've used both and stuck with Cliq.

For the price (free to really cheap) you have some great features and support. Features including group and private messaging and a decent protection.

This allows me to give the best customer service I can.

I like how I can easily communicate with my teammates and share files with them in the software. It had the video calling feature which came in handy during the pandemic.

If you use the Zoho suite, you should use Cliq. It easy to integrate and the learning curve is fast.

It is an amazing software to interact with your colleagues on both mobile and desktop.

I really like being able to get my question to a client or a co worker quickly is extremely important in my job.

I can keep the customer at ease knowing that I am not making them wait and they know I am working on getting the answers they need  so we can complete what they called for and get on with their day.

Ending a call quickly and successfully is what makes for a great customer experience.

Phone app either I haven't tried it or it sucks really bad. I'm not sure which it is.

Being able to check in with co workers or clients instantly is so much more productive. I can reach more people with information I need so quickly.

I particularly disliked the double panes within a chat window (opening the settings for a bot, for example).

Cliq has provided us with a quick, easy and seamless way to connect, share data and keep our teams in constant contact with each other.

Zoho Cliq is a great platform to interact with your colleagues. You can make groups and anyone can add or delete a person.

I don't like how lengthy it can be to set up and getting new users enrolled is a pain.

This could stand to have a tutorial feature. Some of the options on Cliq are difficult to find on your own.

Good voice and video quality. Excellent features to manage group  meetings.

I miss the giphy feature that I used when my company used Slack.

Cliq is a new messaging software in comparison to some of the most popular options, but just as good in my opinion. It is fast and fun to use.

If I had to choose something it would be the sound for the alert when you get a notification, but then again you want that noise to be annoying so you don't miss it.

Great alternative to Slack for a fraction of the cost. Good system for our team to use.

Zoho Cliq is a product of Zoho universe and consists all the features needed in a instant messaging app. Value for money tool and highly recommended for small and medium organizations.

As with all products in the Zoho One Suite, my favorite part is how deeply Cliq integrates with the rest of our tools.

I haven't used it as a stand-alone app so I can't comment on that, but so far we are impressed with all the features of Zoho One and the integrations available.

What I like most about Zoho Cliq is how effortless staying connected is with all of the features that the software offers.

Zoho Cliq has provided us with a way of communicating company wide. Any user is fully capable of using the serve because of user friendly the service is.

I consider that the negative of the tool is that sometimes it is slow to load the files that need to be sent immediately.
