The discussion boards can be a little confusing at times, it is difficult to tell which ones you have already posted on.

I also love that you can use Sakai on the computer or mobile phone. I would quite frequently use my phone and everything worked great.

You can add items to your favorites so that you can access content quickly. When combined with other integrations (Box, Ponopto, etc.) it becomes a powerful tool.

It was easy to use,  accessible,  reliable, and contains excellent tools we need to provide quality online, hybrid and face-to-face courses.

It works with all kinds of files, with is fantastic.

A course can be easily setup. The installation is straight forward  and the application is easy  to maintain.

The gradebook is clunky, the chat is basically useless, and grading discussion boards is a nightmare.

Go based off ease of educating users and quality of technical support.

It is wonderful and very easy to change from one tab to the next. Uploading work is also very simple and easy to do.

All of the tabs are well labeled and it's really easy to find everything you need to. I also love that you can see the roster for every class.

Sakai is great because it is very easy to pick up and use. It does not require a huge learning curve at all.

Compared to Canvas, Sakai became an inferior software.

Overall, Sakai is great for students. Its really easy to navigate, stay organized, and collaborate with classmates.

Sakai is really easy to use. We were supposed to watch a tutorial once we were enrolled in the semester.

The options are not clear at all. Nothing is self explanatory, I have had senior learners struggling with it the most as the courses do not show up automatically in the home page after signing up.

Sakai has the feature to upload MS excel files on it which automatically gets filled in the system. Student communication is also quite easy and effective in Sakai.

This makes it really easy to collaborate with classmates.

I used Blackboard for a very brief period of time. I must say Sakai is the best among these three.

Overall it offers good features and the pricing is good.

However, the faculty often complained about the difficulty they had with the interface. The system wasn't very intuitive on their end.

The interface between students and teachers is minimal - email, time-delayed chat, and forums make for a dull experience. You must cut and paste your rubric into the grading page.

View it from the perspective of a student user with an incompetent admin.

The self-hosted option is free, and allows you to deploy locally on site for faster access times. Easy integration and an API available allows easy integration.

There is only one element missing for Sakai, a real time option for a class meeting.

As a student on this platform, I have found that it has some irritating quirks.

File Formats Supported (e.g., PDF, PP, Docx, SCORM, AICC).

It a simple to use SAAS application which allows to run an learning management system for a newbie. I provides the ability to create membership program and assign different user roles to the members.

What we liked most about the software the adaptability. Like most companies we had specific user types and data we wanted to be able to collect from every user.

E-Commerce options (nice to have). Sandbox account available.

Ease of use, simple yet powerful. The security features (2FA and Okta integration) are awesome.

In short, the value for money provided is truly excellent and we highly recommend eFrontPro to businesses wishing to take care of training and certification of personnel.

The software costed 1/4 in comparison to one of the leaders in the market  platform we were using , and performed as good- if not better.

Initial setup was a bit tricky and also importing content requires some coding skills.

The portal customisation is very limited. It takes a lot of technical computer knowledge to upload content and install the aplication.

It is a great platform to use, grace to its functionalities and capabilities. User friendly, does not need a manual.

EFront was quick to show me all the great features they offer. They are definitely worth a look if your are looking for a LMS solution.

While previous students in the MFA program at Wilkes University had considered creating an online course, they all abandoned the idea as too difficult or costly. EFront made my project a reality.

Sorry, I really can't think of any major or even medium flaws.

Overall, I would recommend eFront to anyone looking for an efficient and comprehensive Learning Management System.

This is a great tool for a small start-up company. What I like most about this product is the ability to have single sign-on.

The software is quiet easy to navigate and use, it has some easy flow functionality and possible customisations.

Bottom line, we really felt the value in our decision and never felt like we had to compromise on any of our requirements. Great LMS, Wonderful Experience, Excellent Customer Service.

We also like the user interface and being able to customize it for our company. It looks good and user friendly for our customers.
