The bug reporting and screenshot annotations are nice, but the multi-step process of bug reporting is far slower than other bug reporting tools.

No current way to capture a hover or dropdown effect. This is available with some desktop applications that allow you to delay the capture for a few seconds so you can click or hover over an element.

It’s been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing.

I love how simple it is to create a screenshot, markup the image to point out the issue and the fact that it supplies additional information such as the users browser version, resolution etc.

The support team is really good and they have promised a few key features that they have delievered so I don't have much to say.

It was a bit difficult to figure out how to delete screenshots at first, besides that its done everything I've needed it to.

It's quick and easy to learn, and has powerful Jira integration for ability to capture issues and tasks to share with the team.

Marker does not have real-time live issue tracking for website projects. This was crucial for me so that there were no duplicate tickets on a single page.

I love how easy it is to use across all my daily work- different apps, on the internet, etc. it’s been great for communicating with my team and capturing certain aspects of important work.

I used it only for 2 weeks, but the experience is as good that I subscribed for a year. I think it is expensive, but the time saved using these bug reports will make up for it.

Excellent - such a useful tool for web development work and card generation for Trello.

Sometimes some of the drawing tools don't behave properly; the text tool is the worst, sometimes the cursor ends up miles away from where the text is actually appearing.

I like most about this software that it is super easy and intuitive. You really don't need to train people or show them how to use it.

The data reporting feature is quite limited in functionality so we have decided to use a different reporting feature to extract data from the Synergy database.

I also like the fact that I can insert documents and video into a data bank which help the operator to understand the measurement points, and technique. The customer support is superior.

And we pay annually for updates and service and rarely see updates so not sure what we are paying for because we rarely call service.

The product itself is very user friendly and easy to set-up and maneuver. Working with personnel who had minimal computer skills and/or SPC knowledge was a breeze due to the easy of the software use.

So far our customers have been greatly impressed with our statistical controls so we are enjoying that we made the jump to SPC.

Not something you want if your a 1 man IT department. We frequently would get programming errors that someone with no database experience could fix.

I have used many different types of statistical software over the course of my quality career, but have found the Synergy software to be the best.

I would highly recommend this product to any organization looking to get SPC off the ground fast with out the need for a long high cost implementation.

SynergySPC has been a great solution for our organization. We have some very demanding customers that require a high level of QC documentation and expect aerospace quality standards.

Disappointed that there has been no follow-up of any kind from Zontec to see how we are doing. Especially since we did struggle in the beginning.
