Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The customer support is highly responsive. I had a video chat with a couple of your representatives and it was great.
  • I love how easy for my team to send me bugs and feedback directly into our GitHub issue tracker.
  • Cons

  • It' limited to the browser only. We sometimes need to capture stuff outside the browser.
  • No current way to capture a hover or dropdown effect. This is available with some desktop applications that allow you to delay the capture for a few seconds so you can click or hover over an element.

  • The product itself is very user friendly and easy to set-up and maneuver. Working with personnel who had minimal computer skills and/or SPC knowledge was a breeze due to the easy of the software use.
  • It has been easy to use, and the vendor is nearby for troubleshooting help when it has been needed.
  • Cons

  • And we pay annually for updates and service and rarely see updates so not sure what we are paying for because we rarely call service.
  • Not something you want if your a 1 man IT department. We frequently would get programming errors that someone with no database experience could fix.
