Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.

A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.

It is the best system of record for PM related information and to build a process in. A great way to ensure all stakeholder feedback is captured & organized.

Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.

Very positive experience, I use it almost daily and also to weekly check the developments. Would add a progress bar or % on the tasks to better indicate the status.

Great scoring mechanisms. Integrations are getting stronger.

The integrations, especially to software development workflows, are limited (Github). It doesn't replace project planning/tracking software unfortunately.

It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.

I still miss the bulk change feature in lists without having to open each individual item.
