  • Pros

  • The ability to acquire new customers through IG Swipe Up. The ability to integrate segments/lists from Klaviyo—our email marketing platform.
  • I truly do not have enough great things to say about Attentive and I have recommended it to many of my colleagues in Marketing.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
