It currently does NOT have the availability to contact current first level connections. Frustrated that its not yet available, but they say 3-4 months.

It's really easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. I think this is a really powerful tool for LinkedIn outreach.

Not able to ‘hook’ someone back into the automation. People who connect and do thumbs up are falling out of the automation).

Difficulty to choose an audience in Linkedin, must work to facilitate the work on filters and segmentation.

Easy to use, it has very large database of emails from potential connections so that you can invite them through email and skip the 100 invitations limit on LinkedIn.

Overall its really good. Adding built-in residential proxies is a really nice touch.

The explorer tab is useful if you can't find a particular company's email using a tool like Snov.io. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, unlike LinkedIn helper.

The lack of a kanban board to track my lead statuses.

The wizard guides you though the setup, and provides all the options required. Also, having the inbox integrated within the tool is very nice, bringing everything together in one dashboard.

Deleting these requests in a time suck but needs to be done to prevent issues with LinkedIn flagging your account.

Custom fields, call logs, integration with Google Calendar and email just really round out this product. Support is fantastic as well.

I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.

Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
