Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I absolutely love this program and I personally use it to maintain my social media presence. It is awesome to set a schedule of posting and you can share with a team if you need to.
  • The UI is good, Seeing all your social media status and replying to the comments you received on one platform is an amazing feature this is the reason I still use this.
  • Cons

  • It doesn't have many features that aren't included in a given social media platform's native scheduling app, and in many cases it's actively worse due to a lack of proper licensure.
  • I don't like when you are switching back and forth from planner to content you loose your spot in the planner and have to search for the day you were on.

  • The ease of multiple tabs. The ease to import/export data.
  • I understand that their customer service was good. We had a nice relationship with our representative, and we had high hopes of utilizing this program throughout our organization.
  • Cons

  • Teradata can get tangled up in multiple queries running simultaneously and result in a much delayed processing. I think the UI is still backdated and desperately needs a next gen look and feel.
  • Extremely difficult to utilize for any amount of project management. Initially, our team tried to use it with plotting out all the approvals and review and such, and it was a nightmare.
