The dashboard is designed very well and easy at a glance to view your feeds. Reporting is also very good. The Hootsuite school is also a great resource. They have great training available.

As good as it is for social media monitoring it lacks for scheduling and organizing your content library. Scheduling is clunky and the display is not great. Not easy to schedule across multiple accounts at the same time. The content library doesn't really exist either. Hey Orca blows them out of the water off ease to make posts and organize your assets.
