Iconosquare has 2 options. You can pay monthly or pay a cheaper rate if you pay for the whole year all at once.

The pricing was out of my budget at the time. But it was relatively easy to use.

They recently updated their interface and it looks 10x better than before. It is very fluid and provides a great user experience.

I love that this software allows scheduling, additional insights that Instagram doesn't give you, and the ability to do approvals through a team.

The interface — it's very visual, versus text-based. It's easy to use, and organizes information well.

Excellent product to program and manage social networks.

Thanks to the data Iconosquare provides, and it's slick user interface, that's exactly what it's allowed me to accomplish.

I can't say that there is a lot that I don't like about Iconosquare. The only down side is the price.

Sadly no Twitter or Pinterest management, and the Facebook management needs improving greatly to compete even with just Facebook native scheduling/posting.

It definitely helps me predict what to post and for clients and also what hashtags to use. It's easy to use and I like the feature to build a team to help me schedule content.

Allowing to schedule carousels and stories was a game changer for our company and they are always improving adding more functionality.

There are short video tutorials that help along with tooltips. Really user-friendly system.

I love how it helps us on provide comprehensive data for my Instagram brand. Things you can measure are.

If you need metrics on your social profiles this is a good option. Offers a handful of features and has a nice interface.

I upgraded to the next level to test the functionality, but they wouldn't let me go back to a plan they just retired unless I paid for annual. Pretty poor in my opinion and as a result I cancelled.

Iconosquare had the widest range of capabilities for the best price. I have 5 accounts that I schedule for, and it is reasonably priced compared to other medium-sized management accounts.

Its great for scheduling posts and the grid preview helps you see how your feed will look.

There are not too many things I dislike about Iconosquare.

The data and graphics provide great information for analyzing effectiveness online. It's easy to setup you account and the system pulls a wealth of data within an hour of getting started.

Nice set of features at a reasonable cost for small businesses & entrepreneurs.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
