Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Today there is no link to our everyday systems which makes it problematic since we must fill out the details atleast twice.

I find the setup with possible choices to be a bit hard, but I think that the setup is made in cooperation with my employer.

Support has come down past two years a lot, everything seems to take time. Browser version is bad, can't use it.

LIME works very well straight out of the box and it's easy to use. Because of this people like it a lot and there is very little if any resistance from the users.

The poor integration with Office 365 and calendar synk. The file viewer gui is to elaborate, and missing preview functions for common formats.

I really enjoy using it and would recommend it to anyone with customers.

What I like most is that you can fit so much details to every customercard. Easy to keep track what you have done and what you have left to do with each and everyone.

The product is easy to use and helps our sales force every day. We're very pleased with the support och the help with new integrations towards out other systems.

Sometime the search function has trouble dividing.

Customer service has been great. Integration with Netvisor has been huge time saver for us.

It's a great way to organize and list one's clients. I love the integration we've recently made with GetAccept, an easy and professional way of sending out contracts with e-signature.

Web interface is very easy to use. With a short admin exucation there are lot a local admin can customize without using LIME developers.

Im missing some of the features that are available on the desktop version (pc) that doesn't appear in the web based application.

Lime is a great CRM system. I like the possibilities of customize and adapting the modules to our organization.

We have been able to customize the CRM for our organisation. It has alot of good funcionallitys The Ticket handling is very good, and also here we were able to customize this.

Reporting tools and there's no integration between lead generators.

Lime is easy to use and very useful in making  selections from the different tabs. Its great how all the different tabs (business areas) integrate with each other.

In our organisation we try to keep the mandatory fields to a minimum in order to make it easy to create items and work in Lime CRM. And the quick search is absoulutely marvellous.

Hard to filter if different titels added manually per person if sending out e-mails.

It is a great tool for aggregation all fan activites and touchpoints as well as making the marketing departements more professional.

Logging in can be a problem for some users as well as problems after updates.

There could be more manuals/instructions - we find the statistics module a bit difficult and therefor are we not getting everything possible out of the application.
