When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

SalesQL is an excellent contact viewer which has been quite productive in my daily work.

It was good for more than a year although their customer support was not to the level I would expect. Nowadays, cannot deliver.

Every single one of them, no matter if it's someone new or it was a person who worked 1 year+ and scraped hundreds of emails per day with LI: Recruiter licenses.

If you need raw contact data and want it exported to CSV to import to a crm or ats this is hands down the cheapest and the best. You can extract 25 linkedin profiles at a time with numbers and emails.

The main problem is that it will block your LinkedIn account if you will use SalesQL. Firstly they warn you, if you don't delete it, they ban your account.

The thing I liked the most is the accuracy. The accuracy of the email addresses found by using this tool is good.

Easiest, most reliable Chrome add-on for prospecting.

I like everything actually, I only had a problem about my account settings.

It gave us a boost in our commercial process, it does the job.

As a developer its assists me with getting contacts of my target clients and i am able to reach out to them successfully.

It is very easy to use and simply connects with your LinkedIn account. It is a good and a quicker alternative to some other tools for collecting emails.

There has ALWAYS been some errors with this extension in the Chrome Developer Tab, never fixed. LinkedIn finally cracked SalesQL and within 2 weeks all our team members had their accounts restricted.

Copy paste all the email contacts on the freetrial... so maybe I´ll go upalevel.
