When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Every issue I've ever had has been quickly resolved with their wonderful support team.

No where in the contract does it state that the articles and and any information that you are provided to navigate is out of date.

It's clear that this software was created by people who understand and care about effective email marketing for small to mid sized businesses.

Every time if there's an issue, their team is always on top of it. The breakdown of stats is very nice and we love how helpful they are when it comes to making sure our delivery is 100.

After seeing their demo and their costs, it was an easy decision to change over. Saving thousands of dollars a month, but still have all the same ease of use and automation perks.

Not always that intuitive to use. Software can be a bit confusing at times.

They are consistently releasing new features, the UI is simple and intuitive, the delivery is great, the customer service is great.

Form design is complicated and takes a lot of time. Pricing is too high for users with low number of contacts.

The sendlane platform has from day 1 been intuitively easy to use and segmenting non active subscribers has been incredibly easy - something which for me is a very important feature.

When they moved from legacy to their 2.0 version but that was a one off and was worth the annoyance.

The automations are amazing. Very easy to set up and looks after my customers automatically  which leaves me free to do other things for my business.

Overall, my experience has been really great and solid.

We have found that Sendlane provides the best bang for the buck and overflow of value for the price point.

My questions were never answered and I eventually stopped trying to use it. I even tried looking on youtube for videos but again, everything was so out of date.

Sendlane is extremely versatile with good quality delivery. Customer support is top notch and the customization of segmentation are a cut above the rest of the competition.

Sendlane is the nice email automation tool I have ever used. It has the nice email sequence features mainly for Shopify, and has the rich accessibility.

Customer support is amazing. The owner and staff are always super friendly.

There are a few integrations, but they aren't as advanced as those offered by main competitors. I'm confident that this will improve with time.

They just updated their price and it kinda sucks, so that's the only place they lost points.

The deliverability is OUTSTANDING and the service from their team is the fastest we've experienced...EVER.
