Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It is easy to use, does what it says it will do and there is no fuss.
  • Litmus has a great combination of all the devices and the multiple versions of devices that are most commonly used. We were able to fix all the rendering issues pretty quick.
  • Cons

  • Cannot unsubscribe test email address directly within Litmus. Since we work on hundreds of accounts, we naturally forget to unsubscribe some test addresses.
  • Litmus Scope is an essential tool, but it is inconsistent and seems to be a largely ignored feature. No notification system for when campaign approvals are finished.

  • The ease of multiple tabs. The ease to import/export data.
  • I understand that their customer service was good. We had a nice relationship with our representative, and we had high hopes of utilizing this program throughout our organization.
  • Cons

  • Teradata can get tangled up in multiple queries running simultaneously and result in a much delayed processing. I think the UI is still backdated and desperately needs a next gen look and feel.
  • Extremely difficult to utilize for any amount of project management. Initially, our team tried to use it with plotting out all the approvals and review and such, and it was a nightmare.
