Uploading video files can be slow. Disappointed that it doesn't support all files types as we were told.

It is really uncomfortable. And that is why I  suggest you to add search panel on Instagram page in Percolate.

Great Platform to Manage Community Management.

I hate that when a piece has missed its publishing time, it vanishes from the calendar. You cannot use the tagging feature on Facebook due to privacy issues, but that really slows down my work.

I also have problems with posting from Percolate to Facebook because I worry the videos won't work as well if posted through Percolate.

Composing and scheduling posts is a breeze, and the customer service and support is best-in-class; always timely, friendly, and helpful.

It's capabilities to help organize contents to improve brands visibility and also following is topnotch. I enjoyed using all its features.

The platform really helps to streamline my daily sweeps and gives me great visibility to track all of our social channels efficiently.

Also being able to visually see all of the posts are amazing. It keeps me up to date on planning.

Percolate has been a great tool to organize assets and monitor our social media accounts.

I like that I can comment to the producer in Percolate and not have to email them directly. This is very helpful in saving time in communicating wit the teams that I work with.

It was also easy to use and made it easy to sign on to the platform and work in it without doing extensive training beforehand. It is also a great organization tool for content.

Love the automated posting and scheduling features and the customer support is top tier.

The performance analytics are also useful in helping me understand quickly what worked best each month.

Most of the time, it is a quick and painless process. I'm able to easily see previews of the posts my customers will see and make recommendations on copy changes.

Overall, it's a great experience with SkedSocial because it's a great balance of being budget-friendly and having all the features I need.

Hate that I cannot select the cover photos for my IG posts so I still have to manually post a lot.

Just frustrating when Instagram keeps changing and then Sked isn’t able to keep up with all those changes.

The best feature by far is automatic carousel posting, as no other scheduling apps offer this. The customer service is also amazing, they are so quick to answer and very helpful.
