We use this product in a Pediatric Medical Practice. It was a helpful product to have and Allscripts was wonderful to work with and continue to be a fully supported customer service program.

Allscripts has been a great EHR for our practice. It is very easy to use and easy to understand.

I like that there is places to view flowsheets in a grid type manner in order to compare data.

It is simple to learn, reasonably well organized, and no-nonsense. Additionally features could make this go from good software to something really excellent.

Our version allows only one user at a time which is ridiculous.

Horrible customer support. They had an update on their system on 11/05/19 and system keep failing since then.

Just the flow sheet of prenatal visit with a bunch of individual progress note. It may be ok for some primary specialties.

Support is terrible even if you get someone you can understand which is rare due to the language barrier. It is not easy to document using information from a previous visit.

I think its a great product to regulate patient affairs for a medical clinic, it just needs to run better.

It solves the problem of paper charts, allows everything to be in one system for ease of use.

The integration between clinical and practice management is extremely helpful for a managing physician.

Imagine using a cell phone that old. This is a cumbersome setup that requires use of Windows OS, unsafe browser settings, and it often stops working after Windows auto-updates.

Easy to learn and navigate. You can complete billing, scheduling, and messaging without having multiple systems.

This is the most GI-specific EHR out there and it does a great job integrating the endoscopy workflow, scheduling, and outpatient workflow. Good document management, faxing integration, usually fast.
